Harbour parking, follow overnight signs

Two car parks at the harbour near the school. Walkers and their dogs will not disturb you. We were surprised to see a few swimmers in 15-degree water. The nearby toilets are old but functional.

Stayed here. Shops close by. Perfect.

Many campers were parked early in the morning, so I assume stopping is tolerated. It would be important to indicate more precisely where the water taps are, given how important they are for people staying off-grid.

What can be said about this park up ?! When I arrived at about 3pm, I was the only van. By 5pm all spaces were taken by MoHos … and so many more kept arriving right up until 9pm. The height barrier that used to be in place, I’m sure will be put back up. Common courtesy would be to leave a few spaces for locals and other visitors who haven’t got the luxury of travelling like us. I’ll say no more.

just don't park where the boats are tied up and you will be ok. it can get windy

Always enjoy staying here. Water tap on the pier. Public toilets in the village. Pubs, cafés, and restaurants only 100 metres away. Lovely local craft village too. Sign says no caravans or tents. Campervans and motorhomes are fine to park.

Yellow tap at the end of the pier for filling up with water. Sign prohibiting parking.

The public toilets are on the main street opposite the coffee stop near the Texaco station.
