Very nice place for dinner or breakfast, but indeed it is forbidden to stay overnight! My advice: arrive here in the late afternoon; you can stay until 10 p.m., then sleep in the free, authorized parking area two minutes higher up in Arden, and come back for breakfast! Pleasant little beach for setting up picnic chairs.Translating
tried to find a spot but no parking over night at any time
Actually, you park along the sidewalk. It's not bad for a short stop.Translating
Lovely place; we had lunch and spent the afternoon there. Very beautiful view of the loch.Translating
Great spot to stretch legs/have a bite to eat with the view of loch - park on single yellow and no parking 10pm - 7am. A small grassy area with a few bins, picnic benches.
No parking between 10pm and 7am so no overnight but I stopped about midday. I am working night shifts on a job and was travelling between Ayr and Inverness so a perfect stop for a couple of hours sleep for me. This is a side road off the main road so there was some traffic noise but I'm slowly going deaf so didn't bother me with the hearing aids out :-). Excellent view to wake up too.
