Wonderful old farm with lots of character. Thank you for your hospitality, Marco. We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool will remain closed in 2026.

We stayed for one night on the occasion of the Maggiolata in Lucignano. Very welcoming and natural setting surrounded by greenery. The nearby road was absolutely not disturbing. Marco is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful, and immediately makes you feel at ease. Definitely recommended for those who love peaceful surroundings close to nature.

Beautiful campsite with lots of charm! Marco is an incredibly dedicated host and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. The lovingly designed country house and atmospheric string lights in the evening make the stay especially cozy. Although there is a road nearby, it did not bother me at all. You can feel the passion and warmth everywhere. We would gladly return!

Everything was great! Marco is kind and very helpful! We stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable; several bike rides through the beautiful countryside.

Small, clean and very beautiful campsite on a wonderful little farm. Marco is very helpful and friendly; there are 4 pitches and 3 hot showers :) Behind our van, the nightingale and other birds sang at night, which made us forget the road.

This place is absolutely recommended. The host Marco is super nice and helpful. The pitches are level, the three toilet/shower rooms are clean, and there is a large common room and a well-equipped kitchen. The road was audible but did not bother us. We would gladly return.

Very friendly welcome from Marco. We felt very welcome. 4 pitches, with 3 bathrooms. Large common room. Fully equipped kitchen, which can be used for a small extra charge (washing dishes is free). Reservation against a deposit; everything was easy.

Wonderful place. Marco is very friendly and extremely helpful. Space for a few campers, but everything is available. Clean sanitary facilities, living room, kitchen, washing machine and chemical toilet disposal. The beautiful village of Lucignano is within cycling distance. Good restaurants. Definitely worth visiting. We are enthusiastic!

Very nice little place! We’ve spend one night. Marco was very social and helpful. The pool is amazing but you have to use a swim cap! There are some animals like goats and chicken and the cat “Rolo”.

The perfect place to rest, enjoy the pool and the various amenities (kitchen, bathroom, etc.). There are 5 pitches available, all well located and close to the facilities. Thanks to Marco for the warm welcome and valuable help with the few problems we encountered with our camper. We recommend it 100%!!

The place is simply great. It has 4 pitches. The described road noise is exaggerated. The peace and quiet are worth highlighting; at times you are alone at the pool. During our tour, we felt safer and more comfortable nowhere else. You should not expect luxury. It is an agricultural site. But we liked it very much.

Wonderful place, Marco is incredibly kind and very accommodating. We have a scooter on the back of the camper and explored the area by scooter. It is really worth renting one, so you can visit all the villages Marco mapped out for us. Thanks to Marco and his mother for the great service!

Great place to stay more then one night! Showers, toilet and everything else where very clean! The owner has also a nice pool, sadly we must leave very early and where not able to swim a bit. I hope after my trip back I can stop again here! Thank you for your warm welcome!

The most deserved five stars I have given. A place to feel good. The owner is incredibly kind and everything was wonderfully easy with him. We even talked with him for an hour in total. Great farm with all the amenities you need. Clean and simple! Excellent location. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and spent one night there. It is very worthwhile.

Fantastic place, reservation recommended; we spontaneously got a spot for one night. Marco is super nice and friendly. It is a great place!!! Everything is clean. A restaurant is within walking distance and was okay, but it does not belong to the farm.

Really welcoming place with fantastic, friendly and extremely kind owners! There is a table with chairs on the lawn that can be used, and a free indoor common area with tables, chairs and a kitchen. Everything was perfect! 2 very clean bathrooms with 3 showers. Highly recommended, and although it is near the road, the cars are barely audible and there are few of them; we had no problem sleeping!

When we arrived with the caravan, the hosts were already waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. The hospitality was exceptional; we felt welcome from the first moment. For camping guests there is a kitchen, a cozy common room and well-maintained toilet facilities. We could not use the swimming pool in April yet. The site is highly recommended.

The property is a dream and wonderful for us as a family with small children. There are animals, plenty of space to play and a common room with great books. Despite the cold season, we were warmly welcomed and had two very quiet nights. The sanitary facilities were not heated, but that did not bother us. Marco took plenty of time and helped with everything.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night because the weather did not cooperate and we decided to continue south. Marco is a wonderful host and very helpful. Communication was easy and quick, and we felt very comfortable with him. We would gladly return in summer and look forward to using the beautifully designed pool.

A perfect spot to stop and take in the beauty of the region. Marco welcomed us in the evening in the middle of a rain storm and showed us around, made sure our camper was level and showed us how everything worked. It was such a lovely experience, and we took a walk guided by Marco’s trail maps. We wish we stayed another night! We recommend to everyone!!

The owner Marco gave us a very friendly welcome and was always concerned about his guests’ well-being during our stay. The property is beautiful and can serve as a starting point for lovely hikes. All in all, a very family-like atmosphere. We would gladly return.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple with a dog on Marco’s dream property. Everything is clean and orderly, and Marco always takes care of his guests’ needs in his charming way. The house is in a quiet area where you can relax wonderfully. He is also very dog-friendly, making the stay very pleasant for people with dogs.

The ideal place to relax and discover this beautiful region, with lovely typical Tuscan villages nearby. Marco and Paola are adorable people. Our 3-night stay became 6 because we felt so much at home with the children. Everything is perfect (pool, pitch, sanitary facilities, etc.). A fantastic pitch that would be only half as beautiful without the warm-hearted host Marco. Thank you, Marco, for your kind welcome and the lovely conversations throughout our stay. We were there for three days and are thrilled by Marco’s dedication and love for his home. Marco always made sure everything was clean and the stay as relaxing as possible. One afternoon, we were able to buy fresh regional fruit and vegetables, truffles and olive oil from a small stand. If we could, we would give even more stars.

Very nice and pleasant place. Beautiful old Toscana house. We had a lovely stay there. A little bit harder to put the tent there because of the gravel ground, but we managed. Very calm place, our kids enjoy the pool and they loved all the animals on the farm (goats, chickens, fish, cats). Nice and kind owners. Especially Marco was very helpful. Thank you.

We were there as a family. Marco was very, very friendly, including with all our children. It is a private place with plenty of peace and privacy. The facilities are clean and the pool is large. We were very satisfied. And yes, there is a road, but there are roads everywhere; we did not find it noisy. Everything was great and very relaxed, including with our dog.

A wonderfully enjoyable stay where you receive lots of personal attention from Marco. He has countless tips and is happy to help you plan! We had a quiet spot with plenty of shade. The pool, toilets and showers are excellent. We will definitely return!

Some pitches have no view but do have road noise. Marco is a perfect host, though. Lucignano is worth walking to. No bread service or restaurant nearby. Fine for a few nights.

We were given a very warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable. One night became five. The site is quiet and has everything you need (no gray-water or chemical disposal). Clean and modern toilets and showers with hot water. Very beautifully located site in the middle of nature, run by a loving family.

Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place. Marco is a great host! The pool is open from June and there are numerous hiking routes; the village of Lucignano is also very close. Marco has created a wonderful little spot here and also provides space for rescued animals! Absolutely top! €25 per night for 2 people and €3 for the dog.

Marco is a born host, and he and his mother both love dogs. He welcomed us, looked after us and explained everything. Great, peaceful place with a large garden. Atmospheric but very well maintained—a nice common area, clean toilets and... peace and quiet. We recommend it.
