A small, friendly roadside area near Carnac’s megaliths, suitable for a one-night stop. The road is busy by day but usually lightly used at night, with trees providing shelter and a tumulus directly opposite. Camping-site entertainment can be heard quietly, and gatherings or nightlife may sometimes bring music and disturbance. There are no services apart from a reported rubbish bin.

Not bad, although it is really right beside the road. Little traffic at night, so the noise is not bothersome, and there are trees for shelter. Directly opposite a tumulus and a megalith.
Almost flat parking area on a meadow beside the road, near a campsite whose entertainment can be heard faintly. Otherwise, only natural sounds throughout the night. Located directly opposite a tumulus.
Really right beside the road; I did not stay. Not safe for dogs or cats.
Roadside stop, but pleasant in summer because you can park under the trees a little farther away. The spot is surrounded by the remains of Carnac!
Be aware that the site is used for parking during gatherings. A nightclub is less than a kilometer away, and some people start their evening on this parking area (music, alcohol...). A quiet night is possible, but preferably outside school holidays.
Decent spot, but close to the road and with quite a lot of traffic.
Everything was fine until 8 a.m., when 20 to 30 hunters’ cars arrived and made it clear that we had to leave. We left amid the laughter of these conquerors claiming the countryside for themselves. It is no wonder that many people hate them. So be careful during hunting season.
