5 Wasemweg, 74821, Mosbach
Been here?
This free, shady motorhome area is currently closed because roadworks block the entrance. When accessible, it is 15 minutes on foot from the city centre and permits stays of 3 days. Nearby paths lead through the forest and park, but traffic noise and early-morning municipal work can disturb overnight stays.

Municipal employees woke you up at 6:45 a.m. by speaking very loudly behind the motorhomes. You can hear the traffic. Unfortunately, spending the night here is not restful at all.Translating
The stellplatz is closed short-term due to roadworks across the entrance. I used the swimming pool parking.Translating
Note: the site is currently inaccessible due to construction work! Naturally, there is no warning on the signpost.Translating

About 100 metres away there is a roughly one-hour circular walk through the forest. The stream directly beside the site attracts masses of mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the bushes and nettles toward the stream are quite dense. If the town occasionally cleared them, this would become a unique dream spot directly beside the stream! There are far too few and far too small rubbish bins. Why are we Germans so clumsy at this?Translating
This is a very well located Aire for visiting Mosbach. Across from the Aire is a walking path that leads through a lovely park and straight into the town centre .We stayed over the weekend and the site was quiet. The facilities all worked well. A great little find. Thank you Mosbach for providing this facility. . Translating
Change of dates: Due to construction work, this site is expected to be closed from 22 June to 1 July. Source: Town of Mosbach.Translating
Excellent and convenient spot; it has all the facilities. Close to the town, within walking distance. Worth it.Translating
Nice small motorhome site with everything you need. The town is worth seeing, and Lidl is just around the corner if you want to shop.Translating
The site is very suitable for exploring the historic half-timbered old town and/or visiting the markets, such as the weekly market and craft market. You can take a pleasant route there through the former state horticultural exhibition grounds. If arriving at the weekend, don't come too late on Friday; the spaces are very popular. Thanks to the town for this free site.Translating
Regarding the comment about a special adapter: You do not need a special adapter to take on water, only a Gardena connection. Everyone has one on their water hose.Translating
In the middle of town, very tight. The service columns are distributed around the site. Water can only be obtained with a special adapter, which I don't know about.Translating
Mosbach is incredibly beautiful. I would gladly return to this place. Good parking area for motorhomes, enough space for more than 10 motorhomes, with electricity connections for a fee, water and toilet emptying. It is right beside a river with a walking path. Everything is very clean. If you go, the town centre is a must-see and can be reached on foot.Translating
Very good motorhome site, quietly located, with everything you need. Lidl is conveniently nearby, and it is worth walking to the beautiful half-timbered old town. Taking your rubbish with you is fine, especially since the site is free! Thanks to the town of Mosbach.Translating
Everything is there and works. We did not use electricity. There is a rubbish bin, but it is too small, so everything ends up beside it. That's a shame, and you have to be comfortable parking close together. We found it fine for one or two nights. The village is pleasant.Translating
Thanks to the town.Translating
We only emptied grey water and the chemical toilet, and both worked without any problems!Translating
Nice gravel site. Everything you need is available. You can choose shade or sun. In winter, I think the sun disappears behind the mountain early. Very little disturbance from the train. Well lit at night.Translating
Great motorhome site with water disposal and electricity, excellent. Unfortunately, there are always people who do not take their rubbish with them but put it beside the bin even when it is already full, or even dispose of their Amazon boxes in it, which take up a lot of space in this small bin. Please take your rubbish and boxes with you. Many thanks to the town of Mosbach for this great site.Translating
We are travelling along the Neckar cycle path and made a detour to the beautiful old town of Mosbach. Wonderful half-timbered houses! Thanks to the town of Mosbach for this free site. Everything motorhome travellers need is available!Translating
Beautiful free motorhome site, a short walk to the lovely old town, with everything you need. Many thanks to the town of Mosbach.Translating
We stayed here for one night. But beware! There is currently a wasp nest under the adjacent roof. Better keep a few metres away! We stood on the right-hand side, facing the trees. It was really shady, meaning quite cool in summer. The nearby pizzeria was excellent. The nearby Kneipp facility in the small Elzpark is also great! Fifteen minutes on foot to the town centre.Translating
A great free motorhome site; many thanks to the municipality! If the Ascension Day campers would park considerately and normally, the planned 16 motorhomes could fit here too! And a full rubbish bin means take your rubbish with you, not throw it beside it! So, dear municipality: markings on the ground?Translating
Site on gravel or stone, well laid out, not particularly attractive but very good.Translating
We stayed here over Easter. Very nice, well-maintained site with a friendly site manager who keeps an eye on things. It is directly beside the Wanderbahn cycle path on the old railway line from Mosbach to Mudau. Many thanks to the town of Mosbach. We will return.Translating
The black-water disposal is currently not working; it is blocked! Flush water comes straight back at you. Otherwise, a nice site with everything you need.Translating
I agree with the other comments. Very good motorhome site. There is also a toilet nearby, open from March to October, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is in the building after the bridge toward the park, on the right.Translating
Great motorhome site on the edge of Mosbach with water supply, grey- and black-water disposal, and electricity for a fee. The site is directly at the start of the Wanderbahn cycle path, 26 km to Mudau along the former Odenwald Express railway line.Translating
