Flat pitches, with privacy possible for some. Brand-new aquatic area with a magnificent heated outdoor pool in the low season (June), and slides. Newly renovated facilities, hot showers. Small shop next to reception, book exchange box, bar-restaurant, entertainment and more. Excellent value despite an exorbitant tourist tax.
Large, flat pitches, well separated by tall hedges, with water and electricity. Very clean facilities, beautiful aquatic complex and play areas for children. Small shop with fresh bread in the morning. Very quiet, immediately close to Houlgate center by bicycle.
Not a five-star site. The showers stink, and the shower temperature cannot be adjusted—it is far too hot. On the other hand, the water for washing dishes is cold. You are placed somewhere among the mobile homes, and the pitches are very uneven. What a shame; otherwise, you are quickly in Cabourg and Houlgate.
Absolutely not worthy of five stars! The facilities are more than outdated, and the pitches are not great. We felt that because we had the ACSI card, we were not given the best pitch—and, above all, we had no choice. Fortunately, the motorhome lets us remain free and move on to discover other genuinely five-star campsites.
Five-star campsite; ACSI rate €17 in September, but we paid €19.10 (€0.60 per person plus eco-contribution of €0.45 per person). Small pitches in a corner of the campsite; very clean facilities. Wi-Fi paid. On P4N the photos do not match reality, probably old photos.
The site is within walking distance of Houlgate, with a nice pool area, and our children enjoyed the table-tennis area. That is about all that can be said positively. The basic facilities are simply too poor. The pitches are too sloping and uneven. There is not enough hot water for washing dishes or showering. The toilets are old, smell and are dirty. The site clearly focuses on mobile homes.
Beautiful campsite with good facilities. Very pleasant in a camper van.
A shame that dogs are not allowed either in the bar or the restaurant. It is the first time I have seen this at a campsite, and I have stayed at many. The facilities are a little dated; in short, it is not the best campsite and I am a little disappointed. The taps on the dishwashing sinks are too short. Positive point: self-service laundry with card payment—€5 for the washing machine and €4 for the dryer.
Very large campsite with many mobile homes, a pool, bar, entertainment and clean facilities. The dishwashing area is inconvenient because the plumber installed taps that are too short. Small shop on site.
Very nice campsite, very reasonable price with the ACSI card, and very clean facilities. Two pools, restaurant, bar and an excellent playground for children.
Magnificent campsite, welcoming staff, everything needed for a pleasant stay. Perhaps the owners have changed since 2023, because unlike the recent reviews, we would happily return. It is also well located.
The campsite now has very few places for campers. In June only two spaces were free. Check-in took a long time. We reported several times that there was no hot water; the staff were very friendly and notices were put up to warn people, but nothing was done. A shame for those five stars. It is no longer a campsite but a bungalow park.
