Marina parking, height limit

PLEASE NOTE: there is a height restriction of 2m and a length restriction of 5m so unless you are in a VW T5 I wouldn’t bother. There are tow away signs everywhere. Beware!

Relatively quiet night only 10 minutes from La Rochelle city center. The spaces are narrow, so beware of vehicles that are too long. Free and no time limit.✦Translating

My 5.50 m camper just fits in the parking space—beautiful location and a very quiet night. Note: there is also a large free parking lot nearby with enough room for larger campers.✦Translating

Loads of parking bays along front of marina with nice views. Parked my Renault traffic long wheel base(6m) with double bike rack no problem but reversed in so bike rack overhangs grassy bit. Restraints, kebab and pizza places near. Right on the walk cycle path so early morning joggers may wake you.

The view over the port is simply magnificent ⚓️⛵️. It is still a parking area, with people coming and going—people running or going to Grandma’s, the very nice bar-restaurant, which I highly recommend! The atmosphere is timeless. Nice parking space; I have an Opel camper van and it fits, but anything larger would be tight.✦Translating
