349 Boulevard Félix Descroix, 83400, Hyères
Been here?
Large countryside parking near a chapel with panoramic views and an orientation table. Water point has low flow (suitable for bottles, not jerricans). Bell rings loudly at 7:30–8am. Generally calm at night, though young people gather in evenings. Mosquitoes reported. Daytime traffic around the viewpoint.

Magnificent spot with a view of Hyères and a small chapel. However, it is indeed a meeting place for young people late at night, with alcohol, mess, and no respect for the place or others.Translating
Honestly, nice spot. Magnificent church worth seeing.Translating
Great place to spend the night peacefully.Translating
We spent a peaceful night with a magnificent view of the Gien peninsula.Translating
As described: beautiful view, much less wind than by the beaches, but mosquitoes! One or two cars came by during the night, but overall it was quiet. A little bell chime woke us at 8 a.m.Translating
Beautiful view, level pitch, illuminated until evening and then dark from midnight. The bell was very loud in the morning. Teenagers were very loud and drunk. The road is currently closed due to tree work.Translating
Shaded spot, water point nearby, the downside is that it is also a gathering place for partygoers at all hours.Translating
Parking area in good condition with trees and a drinking-water fountain (very low flow, useful for filling bottles but not water tanks). Note: the parking area is next to a chapel, which rings regularly in the morning, and a very beautiful viewpoint, so there is a lot of traffic day and night, until around 4 a.m., with people gathering and playing music very loudly.Translating
The access road is currently closed!Translating
Very good night in the hills above Hyères. A few young people came to the viewpoint in the evening, but nothing disturbing. Water from the fountain, low flow.Translating
We spent a very quiet night.Translating
Beautiful view, quiet during the day, but at night many young people gather. The chapel rings at 7:30 a.m. Quite a lot of aircraft noise. Otherwise, everything is fine.Translating
Just to emphasize what others have said: on Friday evening, a group of young people came to smoke shisha, arriving crazily in cars and on scooters. It lasted from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., then they left and the peace returned. Otherwise, the place is great. The water flow is very low—10 liters takes 15 minutes—but that is fine when you are in a motorhome and have time. From Sunday evening to Friday morning, everything is quiet.Translating
Very beautiful place, finally suitable for motorhomes. Since it was late and we couldn't find anything near the beach, we stopped on the road at a shabby, gloomy campsite, which we quickly left once it got light, and climbed up here, where there was one other motorhome. Sunday Mass at 9 a.m. Beautiful walk in the hills above Hyères.Translating
Very good spot, quiet, with a water point nearby. There were only two vans in the parking area, and traffic did not bother us. A little higher up, there is a lovely view over the whole city. We recommend it!Translating
Very nice spot in a natural setting, with a magnificent view and a water point. Quite busy during the day, but the night was quiet.Translating
Magnificent view, pleasant setting in a park full of vegetation, water nearby, and a large, level parking area. The only problem is that locals also know the place and come to picnic at all hours, so don't be surprised by car noise at night.Translating
Great spot! I hope the town council doesn't ban overnight stays here, as happened on the Salt Road.Translating
Very quiet from 3:30 a.m. onward. Gathering place for parties, games, and drinking. Absolutely avoid!Translating
Warning!!! The night before last, one tire was completely destroyed and another was slashed!!!Translating
Experience from Friday, October 26. Around 10 p.m., groups of young people arrived in cars and on scooters to chat over various drinks, all around our pitches. Unable to take it any longer, we decided to leave around 11:30 p.m.!
Good for the night, fairly level, beautiful view! A little car traffic in the evening, then it calms down!
Beautiful place, beautiful viewpoint, quiet night; the church bell does not ring at night.
Lovely place for a peaceful night. A little stressful getting up there because of the hairpin bends with a 7.5-meter, 3.5-ton motorhome. Thanks for the information. Pierre.
