Been here?
A spacious, shaded riverside place near the Moulin du Got, reached by crossing the railway line. It is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with the sound of flowing water and a small beach where swimming is possible, although there is some current. Trains pass nearby, including at night, but recent reports find them not too disturbing. A village with shops, a pizzeria and a bakery is 5 minutes away by car.

We stopped here for dinner, sleep and breakfast, and it is a lovely, peaceful spot in nature beside the water. I recommend it.
Perfect place to spend the night; the sound of the river lulls you to sleep. Swimming is possible, but beware of some current!
Peaceful. Shaded, and the place is beautiful. Swimming is possible and the walk is pleasant!
We only enjoyed the place after visiting the Moulin du Got. We cooled off at the mini beach, and it really made us want to stay the night, but unfortunately we had other plans.
Great spot, very quiet, with access to the Vienne River and a small beach. Warning: trains pass at night, but it is not too bothersome.
Beautiful place by the water and surrounded by nature. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely little village 5 minutes away by car, with shops, a pizzeria, bakery, and more. Car access. This place is worth the detour.
Spacious and quiet. A few trains pass by (and are a little noisy), but above all there are lots of birds! I recommend it.
Very quiet; there were three vehicles and we did not disturb one another. The train runs until 10:30 p.m. and starts again at 8:00 a.m. 4x4 vehicles can continue farther along the track.
A lovely spot. I drove farther down the track at the back of the parking area (I am in a motorhome with an overcab bed), and it was perfect: beside the river, under the trees, the ideal place for a peaceful night. However, the train passes very close by, though not often. There is room for two vehicles.
Very quiet place by the water and in the shade!
Very quiet and pleasant. If you like falling asleep to the sound of rushing water (there is a strong current) and an owl hooting, this is the perfect place. We only heard one train during the night and another when we woke up. Nothing too bothersome. We arrived at night around 11 p.m. and, so as not to disturb the motorhome already there, stayed at the entrance and discovered the place in the morning. On-site trash bin.
A very pleasant place to stop for one night, quiet, shaded by lime trees, surrounded by greenery, and beside the water. A few small regional trains pass nearby. Some evening and morning noise..... A visit to the paper-making museum is possible a few hundred meters away, before continuing your journey...
We spent one night here. It is peaceful!
Spent two quiet nights at the far end of the parking area. We did not want to go farther back because of the ambient humidity. A few trains pass during the day and into the evening, but they did not disturb our sleep.
Very quiet and flat, perfect for one night. We could not go all the way to the end because a van was already there, so we parked facing the road. You just have to enjoy the sound of fast-flowing water. I recommend dipping your feet in; the water is cold but beautiful and crystal clear. For the bravest, there is a mini beach to the right of the road—follow the path and jump in!
