Quiet green spot, muddy rutted road

A lovely quiet spot away from the road among the trees, on the former landing area of a ski jump. We were the only ones here in sunny weather and 18 degrees. The middle section is flat and can accommodate more campers. We saw nobody else here, not even hikers.✦Translating

The approach is good, but even with slight dampness it becomes extremely muddy with deep ruts—difficult without four-wheel drive, especially in May! Very shady and dark, somewhat eerie. An air-rifle shooting range is nearby. Some hikers seem annoyed. Plenty of space, but heavily rutted—questionable whether it is suitable for many vehicles.✦Translating

At first I thought, “we’re leaving again,” but this spot was really cool. The shoes are still there, by the way. An absolutely silent night, with nice paths to the ski jump and the lake. At the top of the mountain there is a small hut with a fire pit.✦Translating

We could not stay on the plateau because of stormy winds. We are now wonderfully sheltered from the wind at this spot, which is the landing area of an old ski jump. The shoes someone mentioned in a comment are still there. Great place.✦Translating
