Top spot with everything you need for €11, including €4 tourist tax for two people. Friendly local government employees who check that everything is in order. 2 kWh for €1. Fresh water available, good disposal facilities. The football pitch is barely a nuisance. If the water flow seems too low, check the diameter of your own hose and increase it if necessary. The facilities were operational on December 4, and we were able to empty the toilet and grey-water tanks. Water costs €1 for 4 minutes, and although there is a sign saying 100 liters, that is not accurate. With €2 we filled about 80 liters, more or less. In any case, it is appreciated that the water was not shut off as it is in other areas.✦Translating

There is nothing wrong with the place itself, but how does the municipality expect payment? The coin slot was broken, and payment by card is only possible with an EC card, which we don't have, not with a credit card. We found the place quite pleasant. It offers everything you need. The tree-lined parking bays are lovely. Football training is indeed somewhat noisy, but it is also entertaining. Back here again, and the site has become really expensive. In return, there is noisy football training almost every late afternoon and evening. You park right next to the football pitch. I don't understand the claim that it is quiet here on weekends. Training and football matches take place especially on weekends. No wonder you usually stand here alone.✦Translating

It is pleasantly quiet during holidays and Sundays. Beautiful walks are possible along the Rench. Train stop to Appenweier/Strasbourg in the village. Fees are now €12 per day, electricity €2 per kWh. There was no power at our socket; the service number is at the front by the water outlet. The municipality/Daniel fixed it quickly.✦Translating

Unfortunately, a main road passes directly nearby. For football enthusiasts: a different training session takes place every day, with lots of noise. Cables are being laid in the village, and trucks and wheel loaders regularly pass directly by here. So anyone who is not sensitive to noise, even at night, has a nice camping spot. The payment machine currently does not work; you have to pay at the town hall.✦Translating
