Shady riverside, many mosquitoes

Magnificent place, but we were forced to leave because of a mosquito invasion.

If you drive all the way to the water, there is quite a bit of rubbish lying around. We saw many hairy caterpillars on the ground, which could be oak processionary moth caterpillars. We preferred to drive on.

Indeed, the location of this place is graceful and full of beauty, yet it lies far from the noisy roads of the main highways. It is a place of quiet and peace, far from the haste of everyday life. However, let me warn you that the air is filled with countless mosquitoes, whose constant presence made our stay difficult.

Very quiet and secluded spot in nature. However, be aware that the atmosphere is very humid and brings plenty of mosquitoes, so insect repellent is essential. The ground is level, making it comfortable for sleeping. Be sure to rely on the given latitude and longitude to find the way, as the suggested route did not take us to the right place.

Great quiet places along a very long gravel road. The river is audible. Faint data signal. The road from the SP main road is a bit tricky with potholes. Nothing our 2.90 x 6.40 Ducato maxi could not handle though, so ok.

Very nice and quiet. Continue to the river and turn left for spots along the road that are rather sunny, ideal in mid-season, and right for more shaded spots, ideal in summer. Access to the river is possible a little farther on. We really enjoyed it!

Very nice spot. We spent one night there. Quiet and a change of scenery. The only minor issue is that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes.

Great quiet spot, we were the only ones here, waking up to the birds. The only drawback is that there are an enormous number of mosquitoes, so be careful.
