A quiet lakeside spot behind the ski area, with a small beach, forest trails, fishing opportunities and a panoramic lake view. Access is easy if you follow the asphalt road toward the ski area rather than relying on some navigation directions. In June, mosquitoes can be overwhelming, and the nearby barbecue house is not a sauna and requires a code.

Do not follow Google Maps, otherwise it will lead you down a ski slope. Simply follow the paved road. We parked at the lift, not in the forest. Unbearable mosquito infestation. The view and peace were great.
There were loads of mosquitos in June so we didn't go through to the wooded area but parked closer to the ski lift, which is a bit more in the open. Nice place, you might be able to swim in the lake there. Driving there is very easy.
Very beautiful spot! However, the supposed “sauna” next door is a barbecue house. You need the code for it.
The road is blocked when using Google Maps. Waze takes you to a private property. You need to enter the destination for the ski area and continue down the road. There is a jetty with a ladder and a great panoramic view of the lake.
A beautiful place. In the evening, the friendly Finns from the sauna next door came and gave us the code for the sauna.
