Been here?
Camping Venezuela is a simple, green and carefully maintained campsite directly on a beach with black sand and warm water. It offers hot water, clean but somewhat older sanitary facilities, a mini-market, washing machines, free loungers and umbrellas, and a tavern serving traditional Greek food. The pitches are often shaded and separated by hedges, and the atmosphere is generally quiet. Vehicles over 7,5m should ask before arrival because access may be limited.

A comfortable campsite with everything necessary. Reasonable prices, good food, and a well-stocked shop with everything you need. Cleanliness 10/10. Green, mown grass everywhere and well-maintained flowers. The local beach has black sand and very warm water with few algae. Comfortable sun loungers. Clean, well-maintained washing machines. Recommended—we will come again.
Very friendly welcome, excellent washing machines; perfect as a basic stop after a week outdoors. We would gladly return.
Beware of idealized reviews! Fenced site, clean toilets. Hot water with good pressure. Excellent site. Unfortunately, the information about annoying mosquitoes, barking dogs, crowing poultry, the dirty beach, and murky water is accurate. Of course, the owner cannot be blamed for that. Fine for spending the night in a motorhome; camping only with reservations. Bring earplugs and plenty of mosquito killer!
Very peaceful and beautiful seaside campsite. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but very clean. Nice private pitches with bushes or trees on three sides. The entrance is beautifully landscaped with flowering plants. Restaurant at the campsite serving a very tasty traditional Greek menu. Extremely friendly staff. ACSI campsite. Finally, you can walk straight from the campsite into the sea, where it is quiet.
We had very lovely days here. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. At our request, she arranged some excellent olive oil for us to take home. The sanitary facilities are somewhat older but very clean. The food was excellent home cooking prepared by Grandma, at a good price. We felt very comfortable.
Wonderful seaside campsite. Green and lovingly maintained. Sanitary facilities somewhat older but clean! Excellent restaurant. Sun loungers and parasols available. The sea itself is slightly less impressive. The hospitality was fantastic.
This is the best campsite we have visited in Greece. Hospitable hosts, excellently maintained and spacious pitches, greenery and shade. Delicious food and a mini-market are available on site. Excellent sanitary facilities equipped with all supplies. Wonderful atmosphere, peace and quiet. We will gladly return!
Extraordinary campsite. An Eden... the owner reflects the spirit of her campsite. We could stay here for a month. The most beautiful campsite in Greece so far. Do not hesitate. See you next time.
Beautiful, well-maintained campsite directly on the beach. There is a large lawn for playing, free sun loungers and parasols on the beach, and lots of peace and quiet. Pitches are separated by tall hedges and have plenty of shade, although they are not very long. With a motorhome over 7.5 m, I would ask in advance. There is a small market for essentials and a taverna. Kitchen with electrical appliances. Washing machine €5, electricity €6 per day. Everything is clean.
We had a wonderful stay at Camping Venezuela. The campsite is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy nature and escape the crowds. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
Wonderful campsite and charming people. Near the sea.
Very good campsite, extremely clean and beautifully planted with flowers. Clean beach with sun loungers available. Very cheerful staff. Price with ACSI: €23. Recommended.
Good campsite for a stop on the way to Athens. All comforts. A little aircraft noise due to its proximity to the pebble beach.
Very nice campsite, well organised and family run. Authentic food in restaurant.
I highly recommend this place! The lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful. Fresh bread every day. Delicious food in the on-site restaurant. Peace and quiet. The campsite is very clean, well-equipped, and pet-friendly. Very reasonable prices. We will certainly return!
Very beautiful campsite. All sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. There is a restaurant and a mini-market. The welcome was very friendly. We were able to choose a pitch. The pitch costs €23 including electricity with an ACSI card. There are sun loungers and parasols on the beach. We highly recommend this place.
An organized, clean campsite at a very affordable price. The owner is very kind.
The campsite is beautifully set out with your own personal area within the campsite. The campsite is located in a quiet area by the sea. There are good clean facilities that are well maintained. There is a mini market, a taverna and areas where children can play safely. They have an area where you can do your laundry and a well set out kitchen area. The owners are very warm and welcoming.
A very friendly welcome from the operators. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the site is quite remote and therefore only suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. The taverna's cuisine is very good, and there is live music every Sunday.
Camping Venezuela exceeded our expectations! Very clean, well organized, and truly relaxing. Pet-friendly with a dedicated dog shower — a big plus. Great facilities: kitchen, washing machines, market, and restaurant on site. Everything you need in one place at a very fair price. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!
Good site. Very hospitable. Sanitary facilities are somewhat old but clean. The taverna is quite good, but nothing special. The beach is directly across the road, but it looked rather dirty and littered.
Very friendly welcome. Clean sanitary facilities. A taverna and a mini-market. A small beach in front. Pitches are divided into individual plots. Everything is fine.
Very good campsite, clean, washing machine €5, near the sea. It closes for the winter until February.
For me, one of the best campsites in Greece. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly and committed operators. The taverna serves good, inexpensive food. I would gladly return.
I had a really difficult time, and everyone at Camp Venezuela — from the owner to the restaurant team — was incredibly kind and helpful. The camp is beautiful, the showers are hot, and everything you need is provided. The food is authentic Greek and absolutely delicious. Truly grateful for the warmth and care here!
Excellent campsite; everything you need is available. The water is very hot and the site is very well maintained.
A great campsite, run by a lovely welcoming lady, and friendly staff. Toilets and shower blocks kept very clean. pitches of varying size, a lovely mini mart & a decent Taverna and bar area serving nice food. It's right by the beach, which didn't look great, but the weather wasn't good during our stay, so it might look better in the sunshine. €21 pn with ASCI - 1 campervan, 2 adults & Elec.
Very nice and calm camp. We love it!
Well-maintained campsite, sanitary facilities always clean, everything you need is available. Price with ACSI €23; the washing machine at €5 is a little expensive, but drying racks are provided. Kitchen with hotplates, tables and benches in the covered area in front.
We felt very comfortable here. Very friendly operators, nice large pitches. Toilets and showers were clean, with good facilities for washing dishes and laundry. The surrounding area is only average, hence four stars. Unfortunately, there is a lot of rubbish on the beach and the area overall is not very inviting. Ideal for a stop, for example before taking the ferry. Also great with a dog.
An exceptional welcome from Roula, a very clean campsite, an excellent taverna, and the beach just a few meters away. We had a wonderful time there.
A unique campsite with an exceptionally hospitable manager. Everything is provided: the site has something for everyone, and the sanitary facilities are good and cleaned several times a day! We came for a few days, but due to a problem with our camper it became ten. Thanks especially to Roula, the manager, we were able to continue our journey. Our thanks again!
Good atmosphere; we stayed two nights and felt very comfortable. Very nice operators, everything well maintained and well organized.
Very friendly. We were able to use two pitches with our large motorhome. Very good taverna. Grandma does the cooking. A wonderful family business.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet here. The operators were very helpful and friendly. We would gladly return.
Good pitches, good amenities, beach a bit dirty. Restaurant good. 21€ with acsi
