Trellebystrand Camping is a well-maintained campsite with access to a rocky swimming area, a small coarse-sand beach, jetty, and sea views. The sanitary facilities are clean, while the 70 m water slide and inflatable course are highlights for children in high season, opening at 12 and 10 respectively. This was not worth the price! SEK 570 per day for a motorhome including electricity. The shower is free for 3 minutes per pass card, then costs SEK 6 for an additional 3 minutes. The time continues to count even if you pause the shower. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers but were only given 2 pass cards. The beach was full of algae and aquatic plants, so it was not inviting for swimming. There is a jetty, so swimming is possible. Clean and tidy toilets and showers. We will not come here again!
Stayed in a tent for one night and found it very worth the price. Waterslide for the kids was great and the inflatable jump mat as well. Note that these open at 12 and 10 respectively. Clean and well maintained. Only drawback was the water at the bathing place. Still water with lots of algae. Not bathable.
The sanitary facilities were clean, and showering is free but for a limited time (about 4 minutes, I think). I found the little beach a bit sad. The pool is fun because of the slide. My 4-year-old son loved the slide, while it was still too scary for my 2-year-old. Major downside: the pool only opens at noon. Playground and inflatable cushion available. In short: far too expensive for what you get.
The site is okay, located almost at the end of a small fjord. The beach consists of coarse gravel, not sand, and was cleaned on the second day. Fine for families with children. We paid SEK 550 per night for two people. The washing machine and dryer still cost extra—about 5 euros each. No reason to come back.
Very quiet campsite with clean sanitary facilities.
We were here in May, a beautiful, quiet site, everything well maintained.
In the low season it is very quiet and there is lovely access to the sea. We enjoyed staying here and paid €36 including electricity and showers.
Nice campsite, friendly, clean sanitary facilities with hot water. Electricity and showers included in the price (SEK 300). Very cozy little beach next to the campsite with a fire pit.
Quite a large but beautifully laid-out site. In the low season (from 12 August) it was not particularly busy. There are some seasonal campers. Nice bathing area on the campsite grounds. Sanitary facilities are clean and free of charge. Washing machine and dryer each cost SEK 30 for 70 minutes of use.
Everything clean, great site, waterslide for children is a highlight. Great for swimming, SUPing, and boating. Lysekil is a lovely town, easily reached on foot.
Beautiful campsite! Swimming jetty and a great SUP spot, lovely benches in the rocks overlooking the water. It is beautiful in the evening! Some of the sanitary facilities have been renovated and are okay, with free hot water. Dishwasher available. The playground with inflatable cushion and waterslide was popular with the children. Barbecue area near the sea. Recommended. Lysekil and Coop are easily reachable by bicycle.
Dog beach, swimming jetty, clean sanitary facilities and free hot showers. When we were there, many pitches were booked, so there was plenty of space between campers. The slide is a plus, but swimming in the sea is still the highlight. The walking trails around the campsite are pleasant. Very pleasant site.
Not for pitch romantics—you stand on a large meadow in your marked section. The skerry beach, reachable in 2 minutes, is an absolute dream; exactly how you imagine the archipelago. Toilets and so on are standard.
Quite a large campsite with lovely access to the adjacent beach. The sanitary facilities were okay. Initially we had a pitch without a number that was completely muddy. After complaining, they assigned us another one for one night. Then we left as well...
