Been here?
A flat riverside roadside area with a beautiful landscape, but it is not permitted to park or camp on the grass below the road. Police have repeatedly moved campers away, and parking is allowed only in the upper roadside area. The place is popular and can be busy during the day.

We stayed here with a few other campers for the night. We asked local people who built a kiosk there and they said it was allowed. Very tranquil place, the road noises are not heard there. A large black dog sniffed around but he was also quiet. We did not know that camping here was forbidden, maybe we were just lucky but noone came to warn us.
A Sheperd came and talked about police, so we came upper to an oficial spot.
Around 8 p.m. the police came and sent us away. Parking away from paved car parks is prohibited for nature conservation reasons. You may park up above, directly beside the road.
As of 17 July 2023, parking is no longer allowed here below the road. The police came, checked, warned us, and left it at a warning. It is a nature reserve. All campers had to leave the meadow immediately and park above beside the road.
Quite good. Off the road a little more than most. Good view.
Absolutely brilliant. Plenty of space, easy access, rubbish containers available. You can drive to the pass summit in the morning without stress.
Perfect. Superb. A shame about the rubbish.
The gendarmes came; parking on the grass is prohibited. Only the upper car park is allowed.
