Observation tower stop, steep access

A site at the Bocheniec observation tower with garbage cans, a gazebo, and a toilet. Access is good and asphalted, though steep. The tower offers beautiful views, and an interesting motorcycle sculpture is also present. Fires and BBQs are not permitted.
