Been here?
AutoCamp Ivan Do is a campsite near Black Lake and the entrance to Durmitor National Park, with views, flexible pitches and a friendly atmosphere. Recent prices include 18E for a small van and 2 people, or 25e for a 4x4, roof tent, 2 people and a dog; payment is cash only. Toilets and showers are generally clean, but hot water and the site’s water supply can be unreliable, and toilet paper is required. The final 300 meters are difficult for vehicles, while the lake is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Friendly owner, which makes up for the water problems they are experiencing. In a van it is fine because we are self-sufficient, but in a tent it must be less pleasant not to be able to shower after a rainy hike! The puppies delighted my children. Large covered table available. Excellent access to hiking trails. Gray water, cassette emptying and fresh water: all available.
Cash payment (€25 for a 4x4 with roof tent, two people and a dog), plenty of space, friendly atmosphere. Clean sanitary facilities. Laundry possible. The staff speak English well. Beautiful views in the morning. You can choose your own pitch. We recommend it!
Perfect spot to see Crno jezero, nice clean camp, kind owner, payed 18E (small VAN, 2 persons). Quite at night.
Best option in the area for motorhomes near Crno Jezero. Owners are very friendly. We were a bit disappointed overall. The campsite has a very bohemian atmosphere which may suit some. Lots of stray dogs and cats. Sanitary facilities are old, need renovation, hot water in showers was often missing. With upgrades it could justify the price; currently it feels a bit expensive for what it offers.
We spent four nights at the campsite. Everything was great and it was quiet in the evenings. We greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful host. The campsite has toilets and showers with hot water; bring your own toilet paper. From the campsite you can easily connect to trails leading, for example, to Bobotov Kuk, Crvena Greda and others. When leaving, simply tell the gate that you are leaving the campsite and you will not have to pay anything.
The campsite location is great. The campsite operators are foreigners, English people, and very helpful. They recommend a suitable pitch. The sanitary facilities are basic but clean, with room for improvement. Access is a little more difficult, and you have to drive through the parking area, for which you have 20 minutes. Crno Jezero is ten minutes from the campsite.
Access to the campsite through the barriers is free; 20 minutes of transit time is more than enough. You can freely choose a pitch on several levels, surrounded by nature. The path to the lake through the forest is enjoyable. The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient, with hot water for everyone. The washing-up and waste-disposal facilities are spacious and adequate. We are very satisfied and would return.
Great campsite, the owner is extremely friendly. We spent three nights here with our van. There are clean and, above all, sufficient sanitary facilities; only toilet paper is needed. Important to know: on arrival, do not be put off by the barrier at the national park entrance. After about 1.5 km, the road exits on the other side and you do not have to pay anything.
It is not easy to reach the site during the last 300 meters because it is impossible for two vehicles to pass each other. As for the pitches, it is a matter of luck because nothing is organized. Clean sanitary facilities with hot showers. Electricity available. Black Lake is nearby, a 15-minute walk. €30 per night for a 6-meter motorhome, 2 adults and electricity. Too bad we were disturbed by barking dogs.
I stayed for two nights at this wonderful place. It is excellent for various excursions. The operators George and André, father and son, are two wonderful people. Two nights in a rooftop tent, one person: €30. Thank you! I will come back!
Excellent campsite! The only one so far with black-water and grey-water disposal. Bathrooms, showers and washbasins are fine. €24 without electricity for 2 people and one camper.
Very good staff and service! Perfect camp for hiking tours.
The welcome is very warm, but also a little loud. Father and son are enthusiastic, including when cleaning at 6 a.m. We did not find the sanitary facilities very clean, the Wi-Fi worked less often than it did, and the arrangement of all the vehicles was messy and rather cramped. Good base for discovering Durmitor National Park, but expensive for what is offered.
George, the owner, and his son speak fluent English and are very warm and personable. We could choose our own spot; it was very quiet and relaxed. The location is unique, with views of the impressive mountains. You can hike well from here. Black Lake is only a 10-minute walk through the forest. The sanitary facilities are perfectly adequate and clean. Overall, highly recommended—five stars!
was considering a few day's there but for 25 Euros per night for motorhome and one adult with ehu is too much. plenty of other places to go
George and André are very kind hosts. They welcome you with joy and energy and are always ready to help. We felt extremely welcome! I also had some wonderful conversations with George about life—a beautiful soul! Clean, centrally located, hospitable, excursion options. Kelly and Roberto
Nice place, really friendly owner. Good starting point for hike around Black lake.
Great place to stay and hike the park, owner is very friendly. Facilities are good, showers toilets and place to wash dishes.
André and George are wonderful hosts - they made us feel like family. Their warm welcome & the stunning mountain views make it a hard to leave. The guys are responsive to feedback & genuinely want to improve their campsite. They can arrange a Durmitor Ring tour. The lake is exceptional & 10 min walk. It's a 1.5 mile cycle into town with its supermarkets & cafes. Highly recommend.
Warm welcome. You can park freely on the meadow. 600 m to Black Lake. Simple but adequate sanitary facilities. Prices: €7 per person, €12 for a van (Mercedes Sprinter).
The location of this campsite is incredible with the beautiful black lake being only a 10 minute walk away. So many other hikes available from the campsite as well. The facilities are good and clean and the washing up area is very large. The owners are also very very friendly and are happy to help with anything. Highly highly recommend!!
very friendly owner and plenty of space, you can reach the lake in 5 min. But for me 30€ it's a little too much for what it offers. Electricity and washing/drying machine you pay extra. The plus point is the grey and black water discharge, that many other "campsites" in the area don't have.
The two site managers greeted us very kindly and provided all the information. All the facilities are available and kept clean. Hiking is possible directly from the site. The operators know the gem of the national park. The approach is somewhat steep and narrow, but possible with our 7-meter camper.
Very nice site with superb view and perfect starting point to many hikes. Owners are very relaxed and helpful, facilities are a little bit outdates but clean and everything was there. Besides the usual dog barking during the night very quiet. Shopping and restaurants are 1.5 km away in the city
A really nice campsite! It is a spacious campsite, giving you plenty of choice when it comes to picking a spot. The owner is also very welcoming and always available for any questions.
A perfectly located motorhome campsite, a 10-minute walk from Black Lake and the starting point for various hikes. It can get busy, but George and his son have everything well organized. Friendly and enthusiastic managers who keep the toilets very clean. You can more or less choose your own spot; George is fine with everything. We stayed there comfortably and happily for two nights.
Very nice welcome! The owners made us an extension pipe so we could drain our camper's wastewater for free. There is Wi-Fi, hot water and views of the mountains. The lake is about a 5-minute walk away. We paid €24 for one camper with 2 people, without electricity. Overall, the sanitary facilities could perhaps be renovated somewhat. Nevertheless, highly recommended!
5 stars for perfect , friendly host! 5 stars for place- with epic nature, quiet night. Water was hot all the time. They have chemical toilets- ask an owner of the place ! I wish I couldn’t stay longer . Wish all the best customers
Very pleasant site, well equipped in terms of sanitary facilities and with a first-class welcome. Quiet and natural, yet very accessible.
Great campsite. No grey-water disposal and no chemical toilet. €30 per night, a little expensive, but next to the hiking trailheads. Very warm welcome.
Warm welcome in a magnificent setting. For inexperienced hikers, the proximity of Black Lake is an undeniable advantage. Remember to protect yourself from mosquitoes during the walk to the lake. Recommended campsite.
