Series of parking lots for beach and other nearby recreational activities. Camping is prohibited but it's not clear if camper vans are. There was one (broken down?) RV/motor home here that had clearly been there for a long time. Cellular 4G is 2–3 out of 4 bars. Virtually unoccupied 10am on a Sunday morning, but became full in the afternoon
