Been here?
This free parking area has 10 motorhome spaces beside a park and the Rhine, within walking distance of the town centre. Fresh water, greywater disposal, toilets, and waste disposal including glass are available. A large children’s playground is about 20 metres away and can be very loud until late evening, although nights are otherwise often quiet. The riverside setting also suits walking and cycling.

Ten free spaces. We were there at 11:30 a.m., and only two spaces were left. There is fresh water, grey-water emptying, and rubbish and glass recycling. Right next door is a very busy and noisy playground, open until late in the evening. There was also a very loud party in the restaurant diagonally opposite, lasting into the night. Even though it is free, we will not come back.Translating
You can empty grey water. Excellent children's playground 20 metres away. Drinking water and toilets. Local shops and bars/restaurants in a very pretty town centre. Quiet at night.Translating
We were worried about noise because of the surroundings. But no, the night was very quiet beside the parks and the Rhine, except for being woken at 7 a.m. by the bells. They were here before us, so there is nothing to complain about. The area is not finished yet, as there is no water connection or toilet-cassette disposal. Grey-water emptying is possible.Translating
Very nice people, great place, everything available.Translating
Beautiful location near the Rhine. Quiet, close to restaurants. Perfect walks for the dog and cycling. Children's playground and bike rental. I will return.Translating
The 10 pitches are finished and usable. The service pedestal has not yet been installed, but it should be coming soon. Grey-water disposal is already possible.Translating
I didn't sleep! I was traveling by car and needed a suitable place to set up my shower tent, but this place is incredible and I loved it. There is a paid pet-washing area, toilets, a children's playground, a drinking fountain, bike rental, excellent facilities, and dedicated motorhome spaces.Translating
Some of the motorhome pitches are finished and usable.Translating
... looks good. Close to the Rhine. Unfortunately currently unusable because it is still under construction ...Translating
Currently unusable, everything is a construction site.Translating
Warning: construction site at present. In addition to the car park, 10 motorhome pitches with water and waste facilities are being created. According to the town, they will be finished by the end of June.Translating
We arrived around 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday and everything was full; from 7 p.m. some spaces started to become available, perhaps because the construction work reduces the number of spaces considerably. There is a very large children's playground and a green area. You can also walk into the village. I give it 3 stars because at night the park was very busy, with people coming and going, music, and shouting.Translating
The construction site will still be there for some time. During the day this weekend it was extremely busy and full. Because of the good weather, the meadow and playground were heavily used by families. Quiet from 2 a.m. The town, old town, park, Rhine loop, and surrounding area are wonderful for cycling. We will return.Translating
The playground and park with walking paths are very beautiful, and the little town is lovely and can be visited in 30 minutes. It is somewhat noisy: in the evening because young people stay in the park until late, and in the morning because of the ongoing work.Translating
didn't stay the night as toilet shuts at 8 and we needed a toilet open later. but really good location. brilliant park and splash park for kids. walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. construction work ongoing.
Large car park by the park, right next to the Rhine and old town. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday. A few young people were around, even later in the evening, but otherwise it was fairly quiet. Really good for a free place. Perfect for self-sufficient motorhomes with a dog. We would gladly return.Translating
This is the shooting festival and fairground. During the warmer season it is heavily frequented by visitors, and there is hardly any way to access the site. Extremely loud. We drove on.Translating
Part of the site is still under construction. Quiet at night, but loud construction work starts early.Translating
