Unnamed Road, SK17 8ES, Sparrowpit
Been here?
Small rural off-road parking alcove near farms, with space for 2/3 campers and easy access to Mam Tor and Peak District towns. It is generally quiet overnight, although occasional cars pass and a nearby farm cockbird can become vocal at sunrise. The area is tight, with a 6m campervan only just able to turn around when empty. Phone signal is unreliable or absent, and there are no facilities.

stayed here for one night a very small carpark only big enough for 3 cars maximum. the odd car passes by throughout the but nothing really enough to disturb you having a good night's sleep. phone signal is a bit hit and miss but overall i would definitely stay here again. I would say park so your able to go straight out as parking at the back may result in being blocked in by another vehicle.
No phone signal. Only a small area for 2-3 campers. Great location for the Peak District however farm nearby that has a cockbird that will become vocal when sunrises
Not appropriate. Near to farms and houses. If you’re mindful about giving us a Bad name, park here, otherwise move on…
rural location opposite a farm yard entrance. not a lot of room, a 6m campervan can just about turn around provided there's no one else there. realistically, 2 small vw size or one 6m van. phone signal OK, but very slow H on o2 and Vodafone networks. no facilities except a footpath, alongside, but away from the road ideal for a short dog walk.
Great spot with phone signal, did not stay
