The village is known for its 120 murals, making it convenient for visiting. Water and grey water disposal may be available, but black water services and the service column have been reported out of order. Noise from the bar, pool and nearby music can continue late into the night.

I don't understand why this place is listed as a motorhome area. It's just the small swimming pool car park, the only place where there is any activity and therefore people. Spaces occupied by cars, music and noise from the swimming pool.
Not an area to recommend, there is still no possibility of emptying the toilet, although there is water and grey water can be emptied if the cars parked in the spaces do not block access. The motorhome spaces are occupied by cars, and the pool season has not even started yet. To make matters worse, tonight, 4/6/26, several eggs were thrown at the motorhome.
There are still no services, neither water for filling up nor black-water disposal; perhaps grey water can be emptied. There is no signage for access, either in the village or on the road.
Right in the center, by the village square. A playground is directly behind the motorhome area and a small bar next to it. Well-intentioned, but too noisy for me. The service station is out of order. I did not stay. On the edge of the village there is a car park where you would probably be quieter, but I saw it too late.
A truly excellent motorhome area in Penelles! Thanks to the municipality for providing these 5 spaces free of charge, with free electricity as well! However, the services are out of order. A perfect opportunity to discover this street-art village and its 120 murals, each more beautiful than the last. An original, pleasant and charming stopover—we highly recommend it without hesitation.
The disposal services are out of order. Ideal for one night and visiting the village.
A lovely place with 5 spaces. Maximum 48 hours, and the road here was easy and accessible. The town is known for its murals, which are everywhere. There is a shower with nice hot water, a toilet and a bar right next to the site. This naturally creates some noise, but it is cozy. Disposal and fresh spring water available. Black-water disposal was out of order here on 6 April 2026.
Quiet place to get to know the village. It is lovely to see. There is a bathroom and shower, a bar, and not much noise.
Indeed, the area is small, as it only has 4 spaces, and cars park there, but if they see motorhomes arriving, they move them without any problems. The same applies to the service area, but we found the car owner at the sports center and he moved it quickly. Apart from that, the village deserves a visit; the murals are really cool.
Offers space for 3 large and 2 small campers. Next to the sports hall and bar-restaurant. At 11:30 p.m. the bar was empty and we had a quiet night. Free water disposal and electricity. Toilet disposal not possible. Water available but we did not take it because of the dirty and unusable service station. No bakery in the village. Beautiful street art, though.
The only thing I can complain about is the bar right next door, which plays very loud music at night until 2 a.m., and the people who go there do not respect other people's rest.
The service station is out of order; the water tap in the playground works normally. Is the chemical toilet also emptied into the black-water disposal?
We couldn't park; all the motorhome spaces were occupied by cars. There was also a car parked at the entrance to the wastewater disposal area. Moreover, I think this is an area where there is a lot of noise (football field). We slept at the entrance to the village in a car park.
We spent a very peaceful night.
We only walked past because we parked at the entrance to the village. This parking area is completely non-functional, all the facilities are closed and everything seems abandoned… Shameful.
Water out of service. If you like street art, the village is worth seeing. Accessible for motorhomes up to 7 m. Thanks to the municipality.
The access directions are complicated. Some of the village murals, which were the reason for my visit, are in poor condition. What a shame.
Impossible to park there. It is a very small space where cars do not respect the spaces, and you find 2 or 3 badly parked vehicles, forcing you to leave the car in the car park at the entrance to the village. In the end we left. Town council, please do something about it! Thank you.
Difficult access for motorhomes, more suitable for campers. The water intake and black-water disposal services are currently unavailable. We spent the night in the car park at the entrance to the village, a quiet place without problems.
Welcoming village for motorhomes, with 4 quiet spaces for the night. The walk through the streets discovering the street art is very pleasant, fun, playful and highly aesthetic. Thank you, Penelles.
A great area for a beautiful village. Perfect location and in summer next to the swimming pools. Excellent and peaceful.
Pretty parking area right next to the swimming pool. The village hosts the Gar Gar festival dedicated to mural art. More than one hundred works can be discovered free of charge throughout the town. The information point sells a map of the village (€1.50) listing all the works. New works are created every year on the weekend of 1 May. Not at all suitable for large motorhomes.
Parking more suitable for cars and small vans, as trees obstruct taller vehicles. Located in the town center.
We went to visit the village and intended to stay overnight, but we left. The village youths stood in front of the paddle court revving their cars. The services are disabled and we preferred to look for another place. A shame, because the village was beautiful and the area is very central.
Good place to park and spend the night. Spaces are very tight and narrow for large motorhomes. It should be noted that the services have been out of order for a year now, according to what we were told, because a youth association gathers in the disposal area; they have their premises opposite and block access with their cars and tables, preventing use of the services. Wonderful and recommended village.
It is very well located in the village. The problem is that it is a car park, with the motorhome area at the end, and there is only space for 4 vehicles; sometimes the spaces are occupied by cars.
Well located next to the village. Limited space for motorhomes. Cars use it as a car park. Filling, emptying and toilet services do not work.
I give it 2 stars because of the village. The area itself does not work: no services, water or grey-water disposal. Access is difficult, although the village is very nice.
I give it two stars in appreciation of the beautiful village for thinking of us, but the area is not suitable for motorhome users at all, neither because of its location nor its space.
It is not easy to park, even with a camper. The services do not work.
The site is suitable for smaller campers. We wanted to stay overnight, but the intense smell of pig manure and the flies drove us away. The village lies in the middle of Spain's largest pig-farming area.
Four parking spaces occupied by cars; water, electricity and disposal services have been out of order for a long time. Beautiful village to visit.
There was a festival on and parking was impossible, so we had to leave. Having a motorhome area in the middle of the village makes access difficult and makes it hard to find vacant spaces.
