Camping Gave d'Aspe is a small, quiet riverside site with basic but scrupulously clean facilities and an inclusive Euroservice point. Pitches are tree-shaded; the cold river runs alongside for cooling off. Prices are very low—€17–20 per night for two in a motorhome, depending on season and electric hookup. Staff are warm and knowledgeable about local hiking trails. The setting is peaceful and well-suited as a base for walks to the France–Spain border region.

Great little camping by the river. Super quiet and nicely managed. Friendly staff and good facilities. Very affordable!
Lovely campsite. Quite basic and rough around the edges, but friendly and reasonable. €17 for 1 night in campervan for 2 people, no electric. Not keen on the unisex shower and toilet block but was clean and functional. Nice to cool down in the river running next to the site.
Despite arriving late, we received a warm welcome from Bruno and advice about walks. A place we will gladly return to. Valérie and Bruno.
Pleasant campsite at a reasonable price, with excellent services. Charming welcome, with the owner visiting every morning. Close to the starting points of many hikes. My perfect campsite: by the water, no fuss, in pleasant and peaceful surroundings.
Very good campsite, quiet and shaded. Toilets and facilities cleaned very regularly. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There are some beautiful hikes starting from the campsite. I spent two weeks here and would return without hesitation.
Pros: beautiful location near the river, among the trees; clean bathrooms and showers; ideal as a base, with a short drive, for day hikes crossing the France–Spain border. The owner is kind and very helpful in showing various routes, a little anxious with young people because she worries about possible noise. We stayed there peacefully for two nights.
Pleasant campsite beside the Gave d’Aspe. Although somewhat run-down, it offers a lovely setting overlooking the surrounding mountains. A beautiful stop on the way to Spain and ideal for hikers at a very affordable price (€20 for two people in a motorhome with electricity in low season).
Great campsite. Simple, clean, quiet… Friendly owner. Thank you!!
Great campsite. Bruno and Patricia welcomed us with smiles despite their recent ordeals. They do everything to ensure their campers have a pleasant stay, and the facilities are always clean. I recommend their campsite 100%.
We were at this lovely campsite about ten days ago and had an excellent stay. We are wholeheartedly with you as you put everything back in order following the severe weather. Good luck.
Lovely quiet campsite. We stayed for two nights with two people and two dogs, for €19 per night. Very reasonable price. For fresh bread, you can take a 10-minute walk to the village.
I spent one night with my camper van at the campsite. The very kind owner let me stay at the last minute. She recommended several places to visit in the area. Perfect Spanish. I would say it is not the best campsite I have stayed at, but it saved my night and I recommend it.
Very quiet campsite, close to the village and right beside the river where you can swim. Clean mixed facilities, which close from 10 to 11 p.m. After that, absolute silence and no lights. Staff very attentive and friendly at all times. Large, shaded pitches. 100% recommended!
Pleasant campsite beside the stream. Large shaded pitches. Spotless and plentiful facilities. Very friendly and efficient welcome. Grocery shop in the village 500 m away.
Excellent very peaceful and great dog walks we stayed in January. Beautiful place nice people.
Good for spending one night; we had a beautiful view of the hills.
Nice and welcoming, shaded, near a stream, with large pitches.
Only stayed for one night 2 adults 1 child electricity €33. Lovely quiet campsite, very warm welcome. Good showers. Cool rocky stream to cool down on a hot day, would definitely stay again.
Relaxing campsite with a warm welcome. Bruno and his team give good advice for walks and hikes.
Nice campsite with the river running beside it and four chickens wandering around the site. The facilities close from 10 to 11 p.m. for cleaning.
Beautiful, well-maintained site. Perfect for walking the dog. You can go hiking directly from the site across a bridge. Very well-maintained facilities. Simply perfect.
The facilities and pitches are very good.
very nice and calm green spot. we paid 15€ without electricity for a big caravan and three people (two adults/one kid). grey water and toilet disposal....nice spot to start a hike.
Small but super cozy campsite beside the river. Clean facilities and very friendly people. We spent one night with a van and roof tent (3 adults and one child), €23.50. Recommended.
Hello, small quiet campsite.
