Recent information says the toilets were locked seasonally, and overnight stays are prohibited according to a clear sign at the lake. The lake and surrounding cycle routes are attractive, while the Seetreff is open on Sundays and parking is free.

Very nice, quiet place. The toilets were locked, probably because of the season. Great for cycling. NO overnight ban at this place.
Avoid spending the night here! Daytime use only. Neighbors warned us and we had to move to the official sites.
The sign at the lake is very clear: overnight stays are forbidden here. A little farther on, at the neighboring parking area, there is no sign, so we spent a very relaxed and quiet night there. We even heard a nightingale singing.
We spent a quiet night on the front parking area on a weekend in November. No prohibition signs. Waste bins available.
We slept 200 m before the designated spot in a huge, empty parking area at this time of year. Very quiet. You can easily reach the cycle path along the Danube.
Followed recommendation especially for the shower access. Lake was beautiful and lots of area to sit and enjoy the place/picnic. Free parking and fee access to restroom and shower. Thank you!
