Paid parking beside the fort, charged from 9 am to 8 pm, with the beach promenade and restaurants down the ramp. Some spaces are wide and level, while others are sloping. Sea views are attractive, but road traffic, trains and occasional late-night music can create significant noise. Toilets, water, showers and bins are available on the promenade.

Paid parking from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., some spacious and level pitches. You can hear a little road noise, but even in August it is not excessively busy. The area seems quiet and safe (several luxury cars in the parking lot).
Seemed like a great place for the night but young people in cars arrived about midnight and there was music and talking until about 3am. And this was a Weds in Oct. Not ideal for night time stays.

Very beautiful sea view. Beautiful beach that is easy to access. Restaurants, toilets, a water point, showers and bins are located along the promenade. The only drawback is a lot of car traffic, which causes noise all night. When traffic dies down, you can hear the sound of the sea. Paid parking from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Popular spot for locals to chill, so expect loud music at night. We used the beach shower downstairs. We left at 9:15, no park officer was there by then.
