Been here?
A quiet campsite with views across the bay and direct access to a dog-friendly beach via steps. The beach is mainly rocky, with a small sandy area, and sunsets and night skies can be enjoyed from the site. It costs £20, but there are no shower facilities and only a single toilet, with limited electric hook-up availability. The beach and cafe are about 2 minutes away.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it, views across the bay and stunning sunset from behind too. Direct access to the beach which is dog friendly. We caught the train from just up the road to Tywyn as we had heard about the fabulous views along the coast and the rail bridge over the estuary at Barmouth. Only one shower and two toilets but it wasn’t busy, will definitely come again
Stayed here for 1 night lovely clean site beach is literally 2 mins walk down the steps off the site. very rocky but we found a small patch of sand and had an amazing campfire while the sun went down. Absolutely amazing night sky when dark No toilet facilities but has running water and chemical toilet waste facilities The lady who runs it was very welcoming price was £26 with electric hook up
A lovely place to stay made better with direct access to the beach. A very peaceful and quiet area to stay for £20.
We had a lovely few days there, didn't have the electric hook up, due to limited availability. it's a great spot, the beach is accessible via steps from the site or a few 100m along the road. The site doesn't have shower facilities and as a single toilet so it's best suited to more self sufficient camping. The lady who runs the site is very welcoming. the cafe close by is worth a visit
