Been here?
Small daytime parking area near Mundaka, offering a pleasant view and a short walk into town. Access is steep, the turning area is limited, and the lower section is unsuitable for large vans. It can fill quickly, overnight parking is not allowed, and police checks have been reported.

Well-located parking, but it fills up very quickly. Not a space left by 9 a.m.Translating
Lovely quiet spot with great view however a bit of a lingering stench around town. Police came and said overnight parking wasn’t allowed but didn’t get a fine so we are chilling.
nice quiet spot. Couple of campers on the spot. Short walk to the town.
This place is in a protected nature reserve. It was checked and we were told that it could mean a €6,000 fine. We drove to the place a little farther north of Bermeo: Parking Harrigorri (parking and sleeping are allowed there). Good alternative!Translating
Stopped for lunch and walk around the pretty town. Steep entrance/exit but now tarmac and no pot holes. 3 trains in the hour we were there.
Stayed here last night and apart from the steep entrance and huge pothole we managed and the view was nice, no one around and a short walk to the town. Unfortunately a drunk man turned up in his car revving his engine and shouting into the van. He then drove badly around the carpark for 5 minutes getting close to the van so we left at 1am. Maybe Friday isn’t the best day….
The police came and sent all the campers away (high season) because of spreading out tables and chairs and putting up the rooftop tent... What a shame. Otherwise, it would be a good daytime parking area.Translating
Small parking lot directly beside the road. The view is nice, but otherwise it is really only recommended for one night. It is grubby.Translating
It is difficult to find and access and exit are a little complicated. It is very close to the town via a pleasant walk. It is a very quiet place.Translating
We found this spot to be surprisingly nice and not difficult to access. We have a caddy, so perhaps very large campers find a bit tight. Easy access into the town via the footpath was also a plus. There is a slight slope in most the car park but not too bad.
We went with a small van and everything was perfect over the weekend. It usually fills up and the train passes right beside it, but it was not a problem. The fountain above does not work, but there is one in the village, just before the port.Translating
Useful to park and visit the city, but very small to manœuvre. The rest of the city seems to be forbidden for vehicle longer than 5.5m and vans.
Only for visiting the village. Very unattractive for spending the night. Wedged between the railway line and the busy road.Translating
The police issue fines and young people have parties at night.Translating
Great view, water point, close to the village, quiet despite the road and train. The police came by around 8 p.m. to ask us not to make a fire and not to leave anything outside our vehicle during the night; it was only a police visit.Translating
Very pleasant place; the train is not bothersome, nor is the road, and you have some privacy. Probably the only drawback is that it is not level. Wonderful sunrise.Translating
