If you come Monday to Friday, you may have a quiet day. On Saturday and Sunday, there will be endless gatherings of friends, parties, music and DJs continuing until midnight (of course, that is their right). So come Monday to Friday and avoid the weekend. There is also an Italian restaurant near the parking area, a five-minute walk away. Very, very delicious, with generous portions—the creamy prawn pasta was fantastic!
Well suited for vans and motorhomes up to 6 m, either while passing through or for visiting Freiburg. Level gravel area with shade. Many hikers, dog walkers and joggers use the place to park their cars. Consideration and respect are therefore essential for good coexistence. May anyone who leaves rubbish behind lose their hair forever.
There was a loud party nearby.
We spent the night with two other vans. Very quiet, with no noise. The ground is fairly level. There is a meadow with some picnic tables and chairs.
We slept very peacefully. Shady spot, with lovely birdsong. From around 7–8 a.m., many locals arrive with their dogs or to jog, but we had a great stay here.
Quiet, perfect for one night. A little muddy at the edges. Not suitable for tall and long motorhomes because of the trees.
Relatively quiet forest parking area, shady and secluded. You can hear the motorway a little. Around 11 p.m., the police knocked, recorded our personal details and license plate, and politely gave us a deadline by which to leave.
I had a very pleasant, quiet night here. From around 8 a.m., the parking area gradually fills with hikers, but everyone is quiet and friendly. The picnic area and fire pits are also very nice.
The road is very noisy, and our camper was broken into while we were out for a walk. Please avoid this place!
Almost level, slightly muddy in rain or wet conditions, and very quietly located. Please do not leave any rubbish. Recommended for self-sufficient campers. Good 4G reception.
Very quiet. Eleven minutes on foot to the train station. Few campers, almost too quiet. I camped there for some time and never had any problems.
