Been here?
This is a quiet roadside picnic area near Espalem and the A75, which is not heard from the site. Traffic increases from 6h, but evenings and nights are generally calm. The picnic tables and water point have disappeared, and large motorhomes should stay near the entrance because the area narrows and turning is difficult.

Quiet, but the picnic tables have disappeared! The water point has also gone.
Good for a short break. For large motorhomes, it is better to stay at the beginning, where there is more room to maneuver; further in, it narrows and you have to leave the way you came in.
Good for a stop near the motorway without hearing it. Quiet evening and night. However, there is a lot of traffic from 6 a.m.
Very good stopover for spending the night, not far from the motorway without its drawbacks. Car noise only in the morning on the nearby road, but very quiet and peaceful at night.
Two picnic tables available and a few parking spaces. Perfect for a lunch break or an overnight stop.
Quiet and not far from the motorway. A small, lightly used road nearby. Downside: the church bell rings every hour, especially from 7 a.m. onward!
Very close to the A75, which cannot be heard at all. Very quiet night despite the nearby road, with no traffic at night. Many thanks to the municipality for this green space with picnic tables and bins.
Perfect place! Quite quiet and sheltered. I am spending the night here at the moment.
