Route de Civray, 86350, Usson-du-Poitou
Been here?
Free motorhome area with 4 very narrow parking spots facing the cemetery on Civray Road. Free electricity and water recently restored. Tiny village setting near Romanesque church and gardens of La Clouère. Cramped spots but workable if alone.

Nicely laid out. Free electricity, water, etc. The four designated spaces are very narrow. Since we were the only ones there, that was no problem.Translating
Note that construction work has been carried out and there is no water—not even for cleaning the cassette toilet.Translating

Construction almost finished; electricity and waste disposal are available, but no water. Clean space.Translating
No, the construction work is still ongoing; it is impossible to access the site.Translating
Construction finished. Cars park beside the service point. Signs of a vehicle having burned. Close to the road. Glass recycling available.Translating
Construction is currently underway, so all the construction trucks are there. Positive point: the electricity works and is free. Thank you to the town. However, there is no water.Translating
Nice place, but we were unlucky: some young people came and caused trouble, skidded around and threw their rubbish on the ground. We preferred to leave, but thanks anyway to the municipality for this site.Translating
Unfortunately, there is no longer any drinking water. Only non-potable water for rinsing the cassette. We did not test the other services, which we did not need. At this time of year, drinking water is in short supply everywhere.Translating
What a magnificent village, with this garden and its walkways. Thank you to the municipality; I had a wonderful time.Translating
Large, level area with plenty of space. Trucks also stop here for breaks. Quite busy road during the day. Toilets and electrical service point out of order. We wanted to stop to recharge the van battery—what a shame.Translating
It’s been 2 years since we have been here. They have changed the services terminal.. grey and black waste only, they no longer have fresh water, there are EHU points. Nice friendly bar in town(don’t be put of), tabac, buffet restaurant, small spar supermarket and great bakery. Lovely country walks
Buses stop here morning and evening. Heavy goods vehicles take their breaks here and sleep here too. If you arrive on a day when there is a funeral, do not expect to find a space. Walking around the park takes ten minutes, and dogs must be kept on a lead. Positive point: free electricity.Translating
