A top site, with excellent pitches and everything included: electricity, water and shower. Everything is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day, and the operators are very friendly. Excellent value for money. Great for cycling and hiking, with several nature reserves nearby. Highly recommended; we will certainly return.

Nice and clean motorhome site. Check-in via kiosk. The price for a motorhome and one person is €22, including 6 kWh of electricity per day. There is a small kiosk selling regional products such as cheese, dairy products and ice cream. Bread rolls and barbecue meat can be ordered through the app. The sanitary facilities by the summer meadow are new and tidy. The other sanitary building is somewhat older and colder.

A great motorhome site with everything available. A small kiosk where you can buy a few things, lots of information about activities in the region, very clean sanitary facilities and good showers, although four minutes is perhaps a little short. The pitches were slightly too cramped for us and the site felt a little too large and busy.

What a beautiful and tidy motorhome site. The owners are very friendly. Excellent pitches with low hedges. Two large sanitary buildings with spacious showers, including one with a shower chair. Delicious regional products for sale near the entrance and check-in kiosk. Lovely and peaceful; we will definitely return.

Very well-maintained motorhome site. Because it is larger—84 pitches, I think—it lacks a little freedom, but it is genuinely spotless and all facilities are well looked after. You can arrange your registration at the terminal and handle everything else yourself. You must leave before 11:00. The price is now €23.50 for two people.

I was looking for a place where I could shower during the winter. This is not the cheapest place, but all services are included and everything is well arranged. I will definitely return.

This place is highly recommended for walking and cycling enthusiasts, with many forest trails less than 500 meters from the motorhome site. It is also good to know that there is a pleasant heated sanitary block for freshening up, followed by coffee in a nice warm recreation room. A very nice motorhome site in a quiet village-edge location with excellent facilities. Flexible and very accommodating team. We stayed three nights between the holidays without a reservation, which required two changes of pitch, but this was easily arranged without having to fold down the pop-top roof of our campervan. We will certainly return, this time with a reservation.

We travel through Europe, but in our opinion this is one of the best campsites in Europe.

Excellent facilities, including a real living room with a coffee machine and TV. Ideal for groups to sit together in bad weather. Very clean sanitary facilities. Within walking distance of the Dwingelderveld nature reserve. We could not find a single negative point.

Too busy and cramped pitches. There was a fuss because the neighbor thought we had to keep three meters away, but then I would have had to stand in the hedge. Facilities are tidy, with unisex toilets. The rear field was almost empty, but we could not choose it via the terminal.

A pleasant, quiet place for motorhomes. As many have already written, the sanitary facilities are exceptionally clean. Fresh bread rolls are available in the morning. A beautiful cycling and hiking area is very close. An extra tip for anyone who wants to eat out: Huis van Drenthe. We had a delicious dinner there with an excellent price-quality ratio, about eight minutes by bike.

Excellent place, with a kind and very helpful owner. An eco-friendly site with solar panels everywhere, a cycle path right outside, an area where dogs can run freely, and peace and quiet!

Well-maintained site. Pitch large enough. Quiet. Excellent electricity supply. Very sustainable operation with solar power, waste separation, grey-water facilities and more. Regional products such as eggs, drinks and ice cream. Three toilets are a little few when the site is full, but that should not detract from the rating because they are spotlessly clean. We will return. We intended to stay one day and stayed five! Drenthe is a wonderful region.
