Basic seaside parking, unreliable facilities

The location is okay for ten euros, but there are zero services: you cannot empty your own toilet or fill up with water. No electricity or Wi-Fi. From half past eight in the morning they threw us out so locals could park there. No shower, and using their toilets is at your own risk. Do not park under a tree; in the morning the car will be covered in bird droppings. Quite a busy road right next to it. We would not return a second time.

Excellent camper stop! Clean, well organized, and very easy to access. The parking spaces are spacious and suitable for all camper sizes. Nice and quiet place with basic things water electricity and access for tables and toilet. The area was under development, and a pedestrian sidewalk was being built. The owner of the place was very kind and even gave us magnets with the symbol of Vlora for free.

A simple campsite directly by the sea (and directly at the roundabout), away from the hustle and bustle of Vora. The operators are super nice and helpful.

Very friendly owner. The view is magnificent. The toilets are disgustingly dirty. Rusty and dilapidated parasol (it needs replacing). The beach is dirty, with rubbish everywhere. When will people become aware? The planet is not a garbage dump! A little respect for nature would be good. You have a beautiful country, but it is also a dump. What a shame.

Very nice owner, perfect English. Since there is no proper shopping option, the owner offered to bring us groceries. Unfortunately, the beach shower did not work and the toilet was a portable toilet. A normal socket adapter is needed for electricity. Fresh fish is served directly on your plate next door.

Not very cozy and not very clean a campsite beside the road, so it is quite noisy even at night. There is also a small-stuff kiosk open nonstop, so locals sometimes stop here for a beer even toward morning. The toilet is a portable one and the connection does not work or is weak. Nevertheless, the owner is kind and helpful.

Really kind and friendly owner and parking right next to the water! Close to a few restaurants and the shop is open 24 hours. The site itself could be a bit cleaner though but okay for 10 euros.

24/7 service, friendly owner, nice place at the beach

Very warm welcome from the owners, and there is nothing to criticize about their kindness. However, the organization of the spaces is very poor, a little cleaning of the parking lot would not hurt, and it is quite noisy in the evening and part of the night because of the nearby pubs and restaurants.

I have been at incredible places with P4N, and this is definitely one of them. The owner Mario and his wife are very kind. We parked our camper literally 5 meter distance from the water. WiFi, Sunbeds and umbrellas are for free, the tabaccino is always open for water, drinks, etc. You can fill up your water and empty your toilet here, and so on. One of the best places on this platform!

The owner's welcome was genuinely warm and generous. Very low price. If you have a dinghy or kayak, it is truly ideal because it is right on the sea, with no effort required to launch. Otherwise, face the sea and expect little around you, because the surroundings are quite run-down. Night-time noise from discos and the nearby bar is not too loud, but consider whether it might bother you.

Really great for the price: you are right by the sea and get free sun loungers and an umbrella. The host is very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, at the moment there is only a portable toilet, and the shower is a beach shower. Be careful on the approach, as it is easy to get stuck on the rocky beach; this happened to us and another camper on the same day.

Great place. You can park right on the beach. The water is very warm. Electricity, water, and a toilet are available. Great people, very helpful. Very low price. Next door there is a beach bar, restaurant, marina where you can cheaply rent a motorboat or jet skis, and shops. I sincerely recommend it and send greetings to the owners!

The rear wheel in the Mediterranean, electricity and unlimited water for €10 per night... Not many star-rated campsites can offer that, plus a very welcoming host who recommends good restaurants. It is rarely this perfect.

Owner of this place helped us when our son injured his finger, immediately took us into hospital in no time, basically solved stressfull situation in a very cool way and quickly, thank you again! Regarding the place - location is fantastic a few meters from the sea, restaurants around) check the port), local vibe is great. Just stop here and talk to operators:)) you will not regret.

Simple and effective. It really is right at the water's edge. We spent the night and the day here, and it was excellent with the children; the beach was almost private and nearly empty. Two pontoons for diving. A young man even went to get us bread in the morning. Small beach restaurant next door. Perfect for a relaxing day.

Pleasant and quiet place to spend the night at a good price, with many restaurants nearby.

The place was very safe and calm, the view was incredible, the host was very friendly and helpful. The spot was seaside with direct access to the beach for free. The restaurant is very delicious and for a fair price.

A beautiful campsite with very helpful operators. The construction work along this section of coast did not negatively affect our stay.
