The campsite is perfectly fine for a few nights. The buildings and trailers look somewhat neglected and there is rubbish in places, but the grounds are beautiful and quiet. The toilets were okay. The owner was very friendly and helpful; he tried to turn on hot water for us, but unfortunately it did not work. Still, a nice site with very sweet dogs.

Good camping area, with a spacious, wild open area. Welcoming and friendly owner. Improvements are underway. Very good value for money.

Everything is under construction. Despite two youth groups, it was quiet after 11 p.m. The toilet block and “kitchen” are rather basic. Cleaning would also be advisable. But it is cheap and quiet.

Two stars for friendliness and nighttime quiet. We had been warned about the construction-site character, and our pitch was fine. However, the sanitary facilities urgently needed cleaning and apparently had not been cleaned since the previous review. We also only had cold water. The rubbish urgently needs collecting; all the containers were overflowing, with rubbish bags around them. Well...

We are curious to see what everything will look like when it is finished. At present it really is more of a construction site, but the price reflects that. Keeping the toilets and showers clean would already make a huge difference. The surroundings are very quiet, so we slept wonderfully. We found Dinant itself less worthwhile.

The owner is very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We were able to discuss his ongoing project. The site is currently under construction, so no, it is not a dump—you simply have to understand that work is in progress.

Drove in and straight back out again. The grassed area is a dumping ground for old caravans, scrap metal and other rubbish. Very strange to build a facilities block then leave the land such a mess.

The yard is completely neglected and run-down. Nobody was there, the buildings looked uninhabited, and the holiday accommodations were falling apart. Rubbish everywhere. I drove away again.

Needs improvement. Toilets are not cleaned regularly, and neither are the showers. It is a little expensive; €10 for better cleanliness would not be unreasonable.

Very courteous and helpful owner. The pitches are on the grass on a slight slope, but still ok. Essential but functional bathrooms and showers. You need a very long cable for electricity.

Large meadow, free choice of pitch, but very sloped. Electricity connections around the edges. The access is very steep, narrow and bends around a corner. The sanitary block is quite run-down and the rubbish bins are overflowing.

Large meadow, quite muddy when it rains. Unbeatable price at €8 per person for 24 hours, partly with electricity. We stayed one night and visited Dinant. We used our camper toilet, so we cannot comment on the sanitary facilities. Very nice owner who speaks English. McDonald’s is within walking distance. The citadel and cable car are about 1.5 km away on foot.

The site would be a nice place to stay on a large meadow, but the toilets and shower were so dirty that we did not stay. €16 was too much for that.

Beautiful, quiet campsite with 230V electricity connections. You simply choose a pitch, and the owner comes by in the evening to collect payment. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were not clean, there was no toilet paper and the bins were overflowing. Construction work took place right next to us until 5 p.m., dismantling an old bus, so it was very noisy.

Wonderful motorhome site. Very quiet, beautiful and spacious. Campfires are possible.

It is very difficult to get to and from with a motorhome.

The campsite is OK for exploring the nearby city. We paid €26 for one night for 2 adults and 2 children. The sanitary facilities are basic but functional, with hot water available. The rubbish could be emptied more often.

A farm that has made its grounds available for parking, with electricity connections at various points. We slept very peacefully and Dinant is a 20-minute walk away. The owner was very friendly and there is an area for washing dishes, showers and toilets.

Lovely peaceful place. At the top of the field you can park beautifully with some views over the meadows. The owner is friendly. The toilets and shower were perfectly adequate. We deducted two stars because today people were using machinery to dismantle buses. Very noisy. We were also without electricity for a while. When making coffee, the voltage dropped to 160V. Not good.
