Rue de l'Adour, 40230, Saint-Geours-de-Maremne
Been here?
Parking beside an aquatic centre and training facilities, with covered spaces offering substantial height clearance and some nearby food options. Conditions are currently unreliable: the main parking is closed by blocks, construction is ongoing, and recent reports mention evening youth disturbances, drifting cars and heavy morning use by swimmers. Mobile coverage may also be weak.

A lot of trouble from young people in the evening (Sunday night); some cars went drifting later at night, and in the morning almost the entire parking lot was full of people going swimming. Not recommended.Translating
This is an industrial area that is still under development. Some buildings are already operating, while others are close to completion. Nevertheless, we spent a quiet night on the roadside parking strip.Translating
We spent a very peaceful night here. We arrived late and there were no other caravans or campers, but it did not feel unsafe. There was no noise or bothersome lighting. There was nearby construction, but no activity. The only downside was that there was barely any mobile coverage.Translating
The parking lot is closed off with blocks. We nevertheless stayed in the roadside spaces before the aquatic center. It was a little noisy, but we were not disturbed (we opened the roof tent). Construction is currently underway, so there must be a lot of traffic during the week.Translating
Really nice parking. Can park under roof for less sun. Quite quiet and some food close by. Nice for a one night stay. Also possible to park without roof to charge suncells! The cellular data is a bit tricky in this spot, doesn’t always want to keep connection.
Quiet place to sleep; go to the far end of the parking lot, where there is a covered area.Translating
Noisy parking lot (national road) and not level. I will not come back.Translating
It is an option for an overnight stay, nothing more.Translating
You have to go all the way to the end of the parking lot, where you will find a covered parking area with plenty of height clearance. Great for one night; we have a 7.4 m motorhome.Translating
Very quiet for one night, perfect, nothing to complain about. The place is clean. I recommend it!Translating
Absolutely brilliant, there was nobody, quiet, close to the motorway.Translating
Slept here for one night to rest for transit. Very calm and safe place just outside the aquatic center and training gym. There was no noise at all during the night. Some workers came at around 9 am but still relatively quiet. There was also an outside wc. We would recommend this as a sleeping place if you are heading towards the road in the morning. It’s also close to many shops.
We spent an excellent night in this parking lot; there were two of us.Translating
Very large parking lot, almost empty this evening, with room for vehicles of any size, including those with trailers. Being self-sufficient is essential, but isn't that the spirit of motorhoming?Translating
This parking lot is not on Rue de l'Adour; it is the parking lot of the Aygueblue aquatic center. Drive up to the center and the very large parking lot is on the right!! There are three of us tonight, and apparently the night will be quiet!Translating
A very good night at the far end of the parking lot. There were two other vans with us. Go as far away from the motorway as possible; if you are parked away from the others, you can barely hear it. Nothing to complain about—we slept very well.Translating
