This roadside parking area offers three flat spaces with no height limit and a magnificent view over the lake. There are no services. It can be quiet outside busy periods, but traffic, motorcycles, visitors and late-night gatherings can make it noisy, especially at weekends. The bend is accessible to a 7-metre motorhome.

Fantastic view. Perfect location. Seems like it is also a local hangout for young people with cars. They did. It cause any problems. On the night we tried to stay there the tunnel was closed and all traffic was redirected through this road. We could not sleep, so we decamped to the Intermarché car park.
Fantastic view but very busy as you would expect so noisy until late at night and traffic started up early with commuters to Aix les Bains. Spaces flat, good reception and felt safe. No services.
Quiet at night, little traffic in the evening and morning in mid-September, incredible view, perfect!

Magnificent view of the lake. Lots of traffic in the evening and morning, but still pleasant. We encountered people arriving around 1 a.m. who partied there until 4 a.m. and showed little consideration for the two vans parked there. So it is a very good spot that can be very noisy; it is a matter of luck.
Terrible for sleeping. Too loud and people come there blasting music and talking through the night.
Spot with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the lake. Three spacious parking spaces. Located on a bend, a little noisy because the pass is heavily used by motorcyclists and rally fans.

Beautiful view, both during the day and in the dark at night. It is a popular viewpoint until late in the evening. The night and morning are quiet, and traffic was not a problem. Around 10 o’clock, the first visitors start arriving again. The view remains beautiful.
Unobstructed view of the lake. However, there is an enormous amount of traffic day and night, even though it was a Wednesday. I do not want to imagine what it is like at the weekend.
