This is our second time here, and we thank the municipality for the beautiful place.

Free with donation of €2/visit to the services excl elec. Bin code was from the tourist office (just be careful on open hours). If the office is closed, collect envelope from the front of the building - and put your donation envelope in the green postbox at the front. Electric was just a coin meter. Great stopover, good internet, frogs a little noisy but didn’t bother us. Shops round the corner!

A model example. Thank you to the municipality. Eating out in Seehausen is not so easy, though: places are either closed, dirty, or the Alibaba kebab is unbearable. So always keep a well-stocked pantry and cook for yourself.

A spacious place with grass, tables, electricity and room to walk around. Thanks to the town for providing the space.

Very beautiful, quiet and green motorhome site with a pleasant atmosphere, and free of charge. The small old town surprises you with pretty shops that you discover while strolling. Supplies are also excellent: a good butcher and a delicious bakery in town. Overall, a great place to relax. We would gladly come back!

We were here for the second time and are delighted with this beautiful free motorhome site in wonderful surroundings. A huge thank-you to the municipality. Fresh bread rolls are available just around the corner at Deichbäckerei Buchholz. We felt very comfortable here and would gladly come back. Ciao from Knorki and crew ;)

Nice motorhome site; this is our second time here. In the middle of the village and free.

Very pleasant and quiet motorhome site, which is free. It costs only €2 if you want to use the services. We were there on a Monday, and nothing was open except a side door of the church. It led us up the tower, where there was a museum about the tower watchman's life. Very rewarding and interesting. The town itself is somewhat run-down, with several derelict shacks in the village. However, we had a quiet and pleasant night.

We have already stayed at this beautiful place three times. Each time we visited my mother in the nearby hospital. You can eat very well at the Greek restaurant just around the corner. The people in the Altmark are especially nice; I was also born nearby. We will certainly come back soon.

One piece of information we were missing: water and waste services, including the chemical toilet, are freely accessible even on public holidays. Payment is made at the tourist information office or by envelope. Please follow the rules so this place remains available for a long time.

Very nice free site! Central and idyllic. Friendly welcome at the tourist information office. For the €2 payment, you get water, waste disposal and rubbish included. Some traffic noise until about 6 p.m., then quiet. Extremely friendly residents! I was lucky and there were still more than 4 kWh left at the electricity post from the previous user. A real hidden gem! Thanks to the Hanseatic town of Seehausen for this amazing opportunity!

The town of Seehausen has created something wonderful here. This site is very centrally located and can be used free of charge. Only €2 is requested for water and waste services; electricity is paid directly at the post. With plenty of greenery all around, it is a great place to stay, and the center is less than a five-minute walk away. Thank you to the town for this excellent site!

Wonderful place, water and waste services for a small fee, also suitable for large motorhomes. Very friendly welcome at the tourist information office. Great! Unfortunately, the office is open only until Friday lunchtime; afterward there is no toilet key or code for the rubbish bins. The playground is well used, so please do not use it for dogs' toilet needs. Many thanks to the operators.

What a wonderful motorhome area, all services working in November, parking is quiet and with a greenery surrounding and town is lovely. People at the information office are very kind.

An incredibly beautiful place, with this beautifully designed motorhome site right in the middle! The lady at the tourist information office is very kind and greeted us immediately with a smile. Around the corner we found a bakery and bought fresh rolls for breakfast; they were really delicious. A toilet key is available with a €30 deposit. The toilets are not brand new but clean. The site is tidy and well maintained. The deposit is refunded on departure. The surroundings are beautiful and the people here incredibly friendly. We can recommend this place with a clear conscience, 1,000%!

A beautiful place, but how are the toilet key and access to the rubbish area handled on public holidays and weekends?

Very nice free motorhome site. Everything you need is available. You can even forgive an isolated party nearby or a passing Simson motorcycle, but by 9 p.m. everything was quiet and we slept very well. We will certainly stop here again if we come this way.

Super beautiful place, very quiet at weekends, and from many spots there is a view of the small stream. Parking on grass or grass pavers. Several restaurants and a bakery are available in town.
