Been here?
A shady picnic area beside a hermitage, with picnic tables and barbecues. It is suitable for a short stop, with plenty of trees and shelter. The gravel parking is slightly sloped, and nearby busy roads make nights noisy.

Fantastic for stopping and resting.
Last night at 2:30 a.m., someone tried to open the front door several times. I made some noise and they stopped, then five minutes later they tried the side door. It seemed very strange because there were no cars nearby, we heard nothing, and there was no built-up area nearby. Everything was very odd.
Beautiful place to rest surrounded by trees, with picnic areas and plenty of shade. A little noisy because of the nearby roads, but worth it.
A green oasis right next to the motorway. Expect a noisy night, as the park is surrounded by three very busy roads. The gravel parking area is slightly sloped, but it is possible to park level on the grass.
Too noisy to spend the night; the spot is surrounded by roads with heavy truck traffic. It is okay if night catches you or you need somewhere to rest while in the area.
It’s a nice place to stay for one night, if you can’t find anything better. It’s surrounded by roads which are even busy at night, so it’s quite noisy. Earplugs are definitely advised. We stayed in a hammoc, so even that is possible. Exactly what you would expect from the pictures.
We found this area on a rainy evening, so we were well sheltered under the trees. The road noise did not prevent us from sleeping. There were two vans and a car. It is a shame that the grounds are not maintained, as the grass was a little long. No mosquitoes, but a few flies in the morning.
Great location but very noisy.
