The access road to the village is narrow, and in many places two cars cannot pass. When we reached the village, we turned around; we did not dare continue because we saw a very steep and narrow dirt track. I believe this place is not suitable for motorhomes.

In reality, this is a turning area. The village is very narrow and does not allow you to turn around. In my opinion, this place is too small and is intended for residents to turn around, not for sleeping.

Very quiet spot in August, slightly sloped depending on where you park but mostly level. The view is somewhat obstructed by trees in summer, but it is still there. The mountain access road is one lane, so it is difficult for wide vehicles if they meet another vehicle.

Quiet and pleasant spot in the parking area at the back of Lapege village. The village sits high at the end of a narrow, winding road. A very charming village worth exploring through its lanes.

Long, narrow road where it is very difficult for vehicles to pass each other. Once you reach the village, drive through it, passing narrow sections between houses with low roofs. At the parking area at the end of the village and road, take the dirt track for about 100 meters to another parking area below, just before the barrier. If the space is free, congratulations. Otherwise, you will have to turn around.

An unlikely place of absolute tranquility. Suitable for vans and small panel vans; boxy motorhomes should stay away. After passing through the village, just after the town hall, take the stone track that climbs for 100 meters and turn right before the barrier. Two or three spaces maximum. It is essential to explore the lanes of this magnificent shepherds’ village on foot. Stunning. Several hiking routes start here.
