Peaceful parking, no waste disposal

Superb village. We were alone in this large car park. What tranquillity, with water freely available. The tap leaks; we reported it. Thank you very much to the municipality for the welcome.

Any good things you say about the village are not enough to describe how beautiful it is. The downside is the black- and grey-water disposal, and there is no mobile coverage or Wi-Fi. There should be an open Wi-Fi network, but it is switched off. To get Wi-Fi and phone service, you have to climb about 50 metres up the nearby path to another car park.

A very peaceful night in a beautiful village.

Well, well, well! The most beautiful village I have seen in El Bierzo, with 18 inhabitants in summer. The neighbours are extremely warm and kind, and the girls at the café are very friendly. There are no shops; we bought bread from the baker who travels through the villages. We came in a motorhome, spent the night alone, and had a wonderful night—one to repeat. There are no services because it is only a car park, but overnight stays are not a problem. Recommended.

Charming village with only 18 inhabitants. Service-free area with picnic tables and a river nearby. Total tranquillity, no noise, excellent for mountain walks. There is a bar-restaurant where the food is excellent. I recommend it 100% for completely disconnecting.

San Facundo is a beautiful village with a motorhome area offering drinking water and grass. The bar-restaurant is excellent, with delicious dishes made from quality local products and its own trout farm. The Spanish omelette is the best. It has an exceptional terrace. The service is unbeatable. There are excellent hiking routes and a river beach in summer.
