We did not feel at home here; the pitches are close together, and for washing dishes there were only two electric kettles and two washing-up basins, with no hot water, for 88 pitches. Our electricity hookup was not earthed and we were constantly getting electric shocks. The staff member came only to collect the money, without even saying hello. It was expensive for what we got. On the positive side, there was an herb garden and sugar-free ice cream.
In theory, there is a lake view from every pitch. If necessary, people squeeze together. Very relaxed check-in and check-out conditions; someone comes once a day to collect payment.
Small, lovely campsite with everything you need. Small playground, football field with goals, and animals, ideal for children. The basic sanitary facilities are always clean. Direct access to the sea from the site; you do not need anything more.
Wow, what a lovely place, with a focus on sustainability and self-sufficiency. We rented two e-bikes and cycled into Svendborg, which was a really great option. The showers and toilets were incredibly clean and good. You could even pet a goat and eat a strawberry.
Wonderful and special place. We really enjoyed it here. A lot of love has gone into the details. Right by the sea, spacious pitches, everything very clean, and many little extras: goats, herb garden, small kiosk, pottery, bicycle rental.
Actually only for motorhomes under 6 meters, but the very friendly operators also let larger vehicles in when there is space. Be careful at the entrance; apparently 3.80 meters is the maximum height. The operators live nearby and come immediately if there are problems with electricity or anything else. A little paradise with lots of nature. The sanitary facilities, however, are very old and basic.
We stayed there over Pentecost with our dog. The site was fully occupied but still very quiet. There are four washing-up stations and enough toilets. Everything is clean. Friendly long-term campers, with and without dogs. Several accesses to the beach, including from the small forest. In the evening we watched bats, and during the day explored the small harbor of Ballen. A visit to Svendborg is recommended.
Very nice, rustic eco-campsite. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer. Very idyllic, with goats, a small shop, and beautiful views. No reservation needed: simply choose a pitch, and the very friendly operators come by in the evening to collect payment by card or cash. 310 DKK for two people, a pitch without electricity, and washing and drying clothes.
Nice little privately run organic campsite. Very quiet. More than two-thirds are long-term campers with dogs. Small beach for swimming, although there are lots of algae. Rustic but clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, we had many wasps and mosquitoes during our stay.
A very lovely place with direct access to the Baltic Sea. Magnificent late-evening light. Simple but clean sanitary facilities, though not enough at certain times. High price: 350 DKK for two adults, one van, and electricity; the dog was free.
Great location by the water. The sanitary facilities are somewhat old but clean. Minor drawback: only two dishwashing stations. Otherwise, a dream.
Absolutely recommended! Sustainable, extremely beautiful, and clean campsite. Swimming jetty into the sea, sauna with sea view for rent, large fire pit, kayaks/SUPs/bikes for rent, great cycling routes nearby, large goat and chicken enclosure, herb garden, small craft shop, and much more. Washing machine and dryer cost 15 DKK; hot showers are free. About €25 per night.
Wonderful campsite, very friendly operator, great atmosphere, and beautiful, thoughtfully designed facilities. Highly recommended; we will definitely return. Update to previous comments: card payment is also possible and the showers work without coins.
A great place! Clean, friendly people, and a superb location by the sea. There is a small shop with handmade products, ice cream, and snacks, operating on an honesty-box basis. There is also a sweet cat and cute goats. An herb garden invites you to stroll around. Leveling blocks are recommended.
Lovely campsite by the water. A separate field for tents among the tall grass and three lanes for motorhomes and caravans. Peaceful and friendly atmosphere, with a nice little shop, garden, and animals. Various facilities, including a small kitchen, freezer, and washing machine. Nothing is very modern, but everything is functional and clean. Great for a stopover or a longer stay. One car, one person, with electricity: 200 DKK/€26.
Beware!!! If you meet a small bridge saying to the campground- it is only 2,5 meters wide and max 5 ton- not funny to pass the keep going and find another way from Vester skævinge- small but very quite side with water weiw and a lot of water fun
