86 Viale delle Cascine, 56122, Pisa
Been here?
City campsite by Pisa's Leaning Tower, with clean-ish but aging sanitary facilities, a pool, minimarket and restaurant on site. Pitches are small, close together and often shaded by netting, though some are uneven, muddy in rain, or drain poorly. Reception is friendly and multilingual; free pitch choice is common outside peak times. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the tower, with daytime traffic and rail noise that quiets at night. Prices run roughly 35-102€ per night depending on vehicle, occupants and dates; pool cap required (sometimes purchasable on site).

The pitches are not very large, but they do the job. We had not reserved and there were spaces available. The toilet and shower were not very clean at the end of the day. Perfect for visiting Pisa, 10 minutes on foot. €88 for a coachbuilt motorhome with six people for one night.Translating
Great campsite, on the website it says minimum 5 nights but when we came Friday around 3 pm we managed to get space for 2 nights, nice swimming pool and very close to pisa towerTranslating
Great campsite. One star deducted because the children's bathroom was not clean and was really filthy.Translating
Ten minutes from Campo dei Miracoli. We stayed only one day because, while we were away, someone tried to force open the door of the motorhome. Terrible experience.Translating
Small pitches, packed together like a motorhome area, but it does the job for one night. Pros: you can choose your pitch, there is a shade sail overhead, and the Tower of Pisa is 10 minutes away on foot—perfect for sightseeing. They speak French. Sanitary facilities are okay; some are newer than others but functional. Swimming pool with a slide for children; swimming caps are required.Translating
A good place to explore Pisa. The pitches are not very large, but it was easy to get a place without a reservation. The sanitary facilities are very dated, but reasonably clean.Translating
Great city camping site, super friendly staff, small but excellently shaded pitches. Pool, Pool Bar, Minimarket and Restaurant, all on site. 15min walk to the tower. Only sanitary section could definitely be cleaner, then it would be 5 stars for us.Translating
Very pleasant, shaded campsite. Our pitch was spacious, and the sanitary facilities were clean and pleasant. Ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre. The train is a 15–20-minute walk away. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. We paid €102 for two nights for a large motorhome with electricity. A little expensive, but that is the price in this area.Translating
We spent one night to visit Pisa. The staff were very attentive. The pitches are a little tight but shaded, with electricity and water right at the pitch. The toilets and showers are clean and spacious. There is a restaurant and supermarket, and the centre is a 10-minute walk away. A swimming cap is required for the pool. Recommended.Translating
Nice site located directly near the city centre. The sights are a 15-minute walk away. The site has everything you need. There is often shade, and there is a pool, shop, bakery, restaurant and more. Wi-Fi is available, unless everyone wants to watch the World Cup at the same time. We would choose this site again for a stopover!Translating
Excellent campsite for visiting Pisa. It has everything: swimming pool, showers and toilets. Good, clean facilities, with pitches including electricity in the price. €60 for one night, including tourist taxes. A 15-minute walk from the tower and the centre. Unbeatable.Translating
Very complete campsite, with sinks, showers, washing machines and even public refrigerators. Centrally located for the city and the Tower of Pisa. It has a private pool where a swimming cap is mandatory; they can sell you one there. The price is somewhat high for me: €16 per motorhome, €12 per adult and €6 per child, plus €2 tourist tax per person. We paid €66 for three adults and one child.Translating
A place near the Tower of Pisa. However, they have electrical problems, and the bathrooms are very dirty, smelly and have faeces. The shower floors are also very dirty and smell bad. I do not recommend it at all, and it is expensive: €60 for a motorhome and three adults. Swimming caps are mandatory in the pool.Translating
Very convenient for visiting the city. Very large, shaded spaces. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are too dirty. A little expensive. Two adults, two children and one 7-metre camper: €68.Translating
Nice site near the Tower of Pisa. Most pitches have shade nets, providing some shade. Sanitary facilities are fine. Also suitable if you need to go to Livorno for the ferry.Translating
Excellent location, a 20-minute walk to the Leaning Tower. Clean, beautiful pool; swimming caps can be purchased. Enough space for a 7-metre camper. Wi-Fi is very poor, and the toilets and showers could be cleaner, but they are adequate. No soap, but toilet paper. Very friendly staff. There is also children's entertainment. We felt very safe. We would return anytime for the price!Translating
We liked it very much. The site is on the edge of the city and easy to reach. It is actually only a 10–15-minute walk to the Leaning Tower and cathedral, which is very impressive. We especially liked that checkout is not until 2 p.m. and that you can choose your own pitch. The children loved the pool. Price: €59 for a campervan, two adults and two children over eight.Translating
Perfect camping about 15 minutes walk to Pisa. Staff were very friendly and attentive and facilities were spotless. Bar was cheap and the pool was great, didn’t try the restaurant. Great place for exploring the area Translating
Great location for seeing Pisa, within walking distance of the old town and Leaning Tower. Facilities are spacious and clean. The only criticism is that it lacked charm or character; campers are simply lined up in rows.Translating
Nice campsite with everything you need. A 20-minute walk to the Leaning Tower.Translating
Great campsite in Pisa, including a pool. €45 for a motorhome, two adults and one child. The sanitary facilities are older but clean. Gladly again.Translating
If you want to visit Pisa, this is exactly the right place. It is also well suited for a stopover or onward journey to Livorno and the ferry. Sufficiently large and shaded pitches, and excellent, friendly staff. The pool is also great. The value for money is excellent. We would gladly come back.Translating
Basically a very nice site. We were free to choose our pitch. The staff were very friendly. The washrooms are not modern, but typically those of a campsite. We always found them clean. The proximity to Pisa city centre is unbeatable. Shops and petrol stations are very close. We stayed one night while travelling through and visited Pisa. For that purpose, it is definitely fine.Translating
Two-night stay. Pisa is indeed accessible in 15 minutes on foot and a few minutes by bicycle. Price: €47 per night.Translating
The areas between the pitches are dusty; they are saving on gravel, and the pitch itself was also on dusty ground. When it rains, it is probably all flooded because there is no drainage. Wi-Fi is useless. The location and everything else are fine.Translating
Perfect location, a 10-minute walk from Pisa. Washing machine on site and a restaurant. €26.50 per night for a van pitch for one person, including tourist tax. Great.Translating
The only campsite this close to the city, so more expensive; cleanliness is adequate. A shop with everything you need, and huge, delicious croissants with pistachio filling.Translating
A really great place to explore Pisa. You can quickly walk to the Leaning Tower. The pool is fantastic. Our son had a lot of fun. Swimming shorts are compulsory at the pool; you can buy them at reception for €2.50, which I think is perfectly reasonable. Fresh bread rolls are available at the market. The sanitary facilities are also fine.Translating
Some pitches are muddy and unstable. Access to Pisa, indeed a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by bike, is via two tunnels under the railway lines. It is very noisy and does not feel reassuring.Translating
Friendly welcome, ideal for visiting the city, 10–15 minutes on foot. The sanitary facilities are adequate; some pitches are muddy on rainy days. Quiet nights.Translating
Very well located for exploring Pisa. The staff are very friendly. However, the site is not very appealing. You are packed in tightly, the sanitary facilities are only moderately clean, and the playground is in a deplorable condition, with plenty of potential for injuries and tetanus infections. Fine for one night, but no more.Translating
This was our second time here. We like being within walking distance of the city, but avoid it completely when it rains—the site is totally flooded! There is no drainage, and all the electrical cables are underwater.Translating
All services are available on site as described. The sanitary and toilet facilities are clean, although dated. The pitch is flat and pleasant. Best of all, it is a 15-minute walk from the Tower.Translating
For one night in a van, a nice pitch with complete but outdated sanitary facilities. Wi-Fi. Just steps from the historic center, which is a real advantage, and the price is very reasonable.Translating
Great for visiting the city. The pitches are fine. One star less because the toilets could be cleaner. There was still some space in the evening, but the campsite empties in the morning.Translating
Great campsite for exploring Pisa. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the price is also reasonable. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back with our dog.Translating
Great campsite for exploring Pisa, which is 15 minutes away on foot. The walk is also suitable for small children and strollers. The bathrooms and sinks are a little worn, but completely fine for one night. The staff deserve five stars; they are very friendly.Translating
Very well located, 20 minutes from the Leaning Tower. Friendly staff, very clean sanitary facilities, and spacious pitches. Price: €35.50 for one night for two people and a motorhome.Translating
Central site with a short walk to the Leaning Tower. All facilities on site are excellent: minimarket, pizzeria, pool, pool bar, and sanitary facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. For a 7-meter motorhome, two people, and one night, €35.50 is fine. Recommended; I would happily come again.Translating
Functional city campsite within walking distance of the old town and train station. The sanitary facilities are clean and adequate. All pitches are sloped, so leveling blocks are needed. Fine for one or two days.Translating
Nothing to complain about. Competent reception. We were free to choose our pitch in the low season. Complete facilities are available. Electricity included. Pisa's sights are a 10-minute walk away.Translating
Ideal campsite for visiting Pisa. A 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We had very tasty pizza at the campsite restaurant.Translating
Good location roughly 10 minute walk to Pisa. Price slightly on higher side however it’s good location and nice campsite. Had a little shop on site and bar. Pool opens in May. Translating
Great pitch. The price for two nights and two people, €71, is reasonable. Fifteen minutes' walk from the center.Translating
