Abbey parking, camping prohibited

Large parking area, directly beside the abbey. Free, although accordingly there are no services. In the otherwise beautiful abbey opposite, we found a public toilet across from the restaurant. I would stop here again.✦Translating

Please only park here if you find absolutely nothing else especially if you get a bit out of the town, there's lots of countryside road parking spots. Worst case ask a local, we are always happy to help. If you however can't manage in time stay at the bottom of the parking lots & don't get out chairs etc. This spot is directly near the only local graveyard. Thank you for your understanding. ♡

Camping is prohibited in this parking area, but since several trucks and buses stay overnight here, and truck drivers also sleep in their vehicles, we see no problem with motorhomes spending the night as well. However, you should avoid giving the impression of camping by putting out chairs, tables, and so on.✦Translating
