Unnamed Road
Been here?
A large daytime parking area beside a beach, popular with walkers and horse riders, with sea views and clean toilets. It is peaceful but can be windy, and the beach is within easy reach. Overnight stays are prohibited, with signs warning of a £75 fine for breaching beach byelaws. The toilets may only be open during the day.

Pretty good park up for a few hours. I enjoyed working on my laptop in my van while looking to the sea out the barn doors. A little windy there, but pretty peaceful. Sign says no overnight stays unfortunately.
Wonderful place for the day, almost with your feet in the water. I give it only four stars because it is impossible to sleep here, even though the parking area is very large and there are no nearby residents, so we would not disturb anyone. It is a shame and really disappointing that natural places are sometimes prohibited.
Lots of campers here very nice and peaceful, beautiful beach with pub not far,no services but toilet open during the day not sure about night time.
Great spot but signs have been erected prohibiting overnight stays. £75 fine for breaching beach byelaws apparently. Garda patrol came in about 9pm but didn't say anything probably because we werent in bed so couldnt issue a fine. I had a feeling they were going to come back later so moved. Sure enough I passed them coming back in as I was leaving. Resisted the urge to give them 2 finger salute.
Great location. The toilets are locked at around 8 p.m. and reopened at 8 a.m.
