Been here?
This hospital parking area is authorized for motorhomes and is suitable for overnight stays. It has no services and costs €12 per day, with recent stays described as quiet at night. The nearby motorway creates some noise, especially from 7, while a bus stop provides access toward Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure.

Sufficient for sleeping. Quiet. Noisy from 7 a.m. because of its proximity to the motorway.
Good place to spend the night, spacious and with many campers. Slightly noisy. We paid about ten euros.
We spent our last night here and felt comfortable. You can hear the nearby motorway, but it is not loud because of the noise barrier. You can stay here for one or two nights. It was especially good that the entire parking area is monitored by cameras. There is a bus stop nearby, from which you can easily get to Portofino. €12 per day.
I stayed there for two days; excellent price for Liguria. There are certainly no services, but it is perfectly fine for a weekend. Fifteen minutes on foot to the center, a beautiful walk to Portofino. If only there were more places like this in Liguria...
Rather crowded. Someone told us it is a parking area reserved for buses, but there are few alternatives for large vehicles in these areas.
This was a good place to park for the night no facilities about 25 min walk to harbour area. A little noisy but easy place to park and only 12 euros a night.
Parking area without services. Quiet for overnight parking, although it is near the motorway and can be heard a little. Costs €12 per day. Nearby there is a bus stop for Rapallo city center.
Convenient parking area, even for large motorhomes. You can hear the motorway. The bus that goes to Santa Margherita Ligure stops opposite.
perfect spot to spend the night, safe and tidy, no services, 12€, but quiet at night
Simple parking area, easy to reach. Quiet at night. A little untidy.
Spent a quiet night, although the motorway runs higher up alongside it. Paid €12 for 24 hours. No services. Automatic payment machine.
A very good solution for visiting Portofino. Quiet. The bus is right in front. Be careful: it is impossible to buy a ticket on the bus. Use the AMT website to buy a 24-hour ticket, which is very good value if you are going to Portofino and making other stops. There are rubbish bins just outside on the right. For Portofino: 1) bus 798 to Santa Margherita, 2) bus 782 to Portofino.
A little noisy, no services, but €12 for 24 hours. The noise remains reasonable, and the bus stop in front allows you to reach Rapallo in ten minutes (allow 30 minutes on foot). Buses also go to Santa Margherita.
Perfect parking for visiting Portofino. You will need to take two buses, one to get to the station and then the 782 to Portofino.
A great base for visiting Rapallo and Portofino. We set off by bicycle, first to Rapallo (5 minutes away), then onward to Portofino (30 minutes). We stayed overnight; you can hear some traffic from the nearby motorway, but it did not bother us. We paid €12 for 24 hours. Safe place to leave the camper, with a hospital nearby and delicious coffee and croissants.
A simple site, but well monitored by cameras and enclosed by a fence. Larger motorhomes also have room. Rubbish bins are outside, but there is no water, wastewater disposal, toilet, or shower. We only stayed one night. One hour costs €2. Twenty-four hours costs €12. Actually a little too expensive for what is offered, hence only four stars.
Parking opposite the hospital at €12 for 24 hours. Convenient bus stop right next to it to get to Santa Margherita (€2), and from there take another bus to Portofino (€5). Noisy.
We stayed here for two nights to cycle to Rapallo and Portofino. A very good starting point for that. It is a parking area, so you cannot expect much. We had the roof window open; the motorway did not bother us at night and we felt safe.
We slept three nights without any problems. The spaces are a little small. With our 6-meter coachbuilt motorhome, we fit just right. Other, longer motorhomes used two spaces in the central part of the parking area. No services. The parking area is lit and monitored by video. Inexpensive parking. Rapallo center is fairly close; I recommend the bus, which leaves just outside the parking area.
Simple parking area suitable for campervans of 7m in length, good location to leave the van and visit Rapallo, Porto fino via bus and Genoa by train from Rapallo. Bus stop conveniently located next to the car park.
The parking area was half full, but the machine at the entrance no longer dispensed tickets. Broken? Disappointed, I drove away, as this would have been a great base for visiting Portofino. Bus stop directly in front of the parking area, then take the boat to the harbor. Warning: You are not allowed to drive to Portofino with a camper.
Convenient for visiting Rapallo, with a bus stop directly in front. You can also reach the center on foot in half an hour. Automatic payment machine. Noisy because of the nearby motorway, but tolerable.
Nice, easy and secure… across the road from a hospital. Some road noise to be expected but not crazy. Super convenient bus station right by the lot (you can buy the tickets via the AMT Genoa app)… easy access to several lovely communities.
Just regular parking spot with big space.
