Private parking beside a bar and canoe or sauna rental, with an excellent view of the fjord and Briksdalsbre glacier. Parking costs 50NOK when the services are not used; sauna access costs 900NOK for 1 hour or 1300NOK for 2 hours, with shower and WC available. Canoes, a café and pleasant seating areas are also offered. Tourist coaches can occupy most spaces, making the place busy and less quiet.

The view was nice nice, but the place was very busy with tourist coaches parked in almost all the spaces available and partially blocking the access, it was neither very quiet. And it is chargeable.
Private parking belonging to a bar/canoe rental/sauna. Paid if not using the services: 50 NOK. Sauna 900 NOK per hour, shower and toilet. 1300 NOK for 2 hours. Very friendly, smiling and welcoming manager! I recommend it 100%!
Beautiful picnic spot with all kinds of lovely places to sit. It looks like a fancy wedding venue. You can rent a canoe or use the sauna. In the afternoon the café is open for coffee and a snack. The view is breathtaking too. Now all it needs is some sunshine :)
Expensive roadside cafe but has amazing view of the fjord and glacier. Really dreadful coffee.
