Been here?
A remote gravel-road wild spot in the forest, with space for several vans and opportunities for hiking, stargazing and exploring a nearby World War tunnel system. It is often quiet, although the access road can be busier than expected. A recent arrival involved a local asking the campers to leave, and the narrow road can be difficult when meeting another vehicle.

We arrived from Italy and settled in. The road is very busy with cars, and after 30 minutes a vehicle stopped with a drunk local inside who did not speak very good English and asked us for alcohol or money. We obviously refused, so he told us to leave. To be safe, we went to a campsite instead.
We spent two nights here. Quiet, with very few cars or people seen. Completely in nature, beautifully located in the forest beside a small gravel road. No problem with a 6.5 m van.
Lovely place! We were completely alone, had a beautiful starry sky and really did not see anyone. The road to the spot was manageable, just narrow, so if you meet oncoming traffic you have a problem, although that seems unlikely.
Nice and quiet spot with very few cars passing by.
Very nice and quiet spot as a stopover from Ljubljana to Piran, few cars passing by. Depending on the direction of the wind you can hear the motorway. There was one other camper van, no trouble. In the morning, you could see a lot of grasshoppers. Please enjoy the spot and leave no trace so others may use it, too.
Great place, we spent a peaceful night. The surrounding forest is magnificent!
Excellent place to spend the night. Please do not leave rubbish. The site is clean. Quite a few locals pass along the path on foot, by bicycle or car; they watched us closely but said nothing. The place is very quiet at night, excellent.
Excellent place to spend the night. Very quiet and the road is not very busy. Network coverage is fairly weak.
Great! Little traffic on the road; we came in a 7-metre integrated motorhome without any problems! The bunker next to it is incredible! A very beautiful, peaceful spot!
Great spot, but there is now gravel on the parking area. The locals smiled at us and there were no problems. We saw a chamois and visited the nearby bunker; the entrance is a little steep but it is really worth visiting! Don't forget your headlamp.
Nice, quiet spot; nobody complained. A few tractors passed by and then a few hikers in the morning. The site has now been filled with gravel and looks like a small parking lot, but some rubble was also dumped there; it did not bother us. Nearby is a large underground bunker complex that is freely accessible—don't forget a flashlight!
Nice spot, however the road to get there is a bit cheeky, wouldn’t recommend during heavy rainfall or for bigger campers - vans can make it. Nice forest around, but some cars passing by quite often (i’m shocked, as road looks quite… foresty/gravel). Nice area.
Mega spot. The police drove past twice and there were no problems. The nearby bunker is an absolute must. Beautiful forest. The 2 km gravel road is unpleasant, but it was no obstacle for my vintage VW bus.
