Quiet gravel area, muddy in rain

A great spot for people looking for peace and quiet. The approach is somewhat difficult because there are several construction sites in the village. But everything is fine. There is also an outdoor swimming pool very close by, and many hiking trails through the area.

Everything has already been described; when it rains, the pitch is quite muddy. We stayed one night.

After being disappointed last year, we gave ourselves and the place another chance. On Sunday afternoon, August 17, there was still very loud music from the sports field, but only until 8 p.m. Depending on whether something is being celebrated in the recreation area, it can get very loud. My rating: pitch 5 stars, swimming pool 5 stars, food in town 5 stars, surroundings 5 stars, normal quiet 5 stars, quiet during celebrations, etc. 0 stars ;-)

Beautiful motorhome area, but beware of schoolchildren throwing stones and cans from the schoolyard above the parking area. Otherwise, a fine and pleasant little place.

Everything you need is within walking distance. Payment by coins or PayPal. Wi-Fi works (Telekom). Recommended from our point of view.

Great spot, very quiet once the football finishes on the pitch opposite. Water, grey waste and toilet emptying facilities. Excellent park up.

We were there the same weekend. The site was fully occupied. The football youth camp was indeed taking place, including music, but everything was reasonable and bearable. Young people should be allowed to celebrate sometimes.

Unfortunately, this weekend (18–21 July 2024) we were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Behind the sports field opposite, a group of teenagers was camping. That would not normally be a problem, but does a loudspeaker really have to blast party music day and night? I do not understand the organizers who support such inconsiderate behavior. What a shame!

We are here for the second time now; everything is still excellent and we will gladly return. It was quiet again, with only three motorhomes here. There are now also power pedestals on the upper level.

Very nice and peaceful site, many thanks to the municipality! The current price of €10 is perfectly reasonable; electricity costs €0.70 per kWh. In summer, you can shower at the natural outdoor pool for €1.50.

There are no power pedestals for the upper terrace. Satellite reception seems possible only on the upper terrace, probably only on the front pitches, depending on the trees’ foliage. The natural swimming pool looks good but was still closed. Good starting point for hikes and bike tours. The parking ticket can also be bought online, though somewhat awkwardly; otherwise, use coins. €10 is fine.

Well-designed motorhome area. Quiet is relative: whenever football is being played on the adjacent field—and this weekend it was almost continuous—it gets quite loud. If that does not bother you, as it did not bother us, you should like it here. Unfortunately, we were one weekend too late for the great swimming pool.

There are significantly more pitches available, around 25–30. The price has increased from €9 per 24 hours to €10 per 24 hours. The natural pool is great and right next door. The town, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance.

Great site, lovely surroundings and pleasantly quiet. A very nice starting point for cycling and hiking. Restaurants nearby.

Very peacefully located. We felt comfortable here. It is a shame that the Kneipp pool has been converted into a flower box. It would have been a wonderful refreshment. The dog could have accompanied someone there and waited in the shade while they cooled off. It was so hot that we could not leave our dog in the closed motorhome and go to the outdoor pool.

A really excellent site by the natural pool. Actually quiet. Being woken early by barking dogs is wonderful!!! Dog mess on the site is also a great pleasure.

Wonderful, peaceful site directly next to a great natural lake. Excellent restaurants in town, at most a 15-minute walk.
