Car parking is free! For motorhomes, it costs 120 SEK for 12 hours or 240 SEK for 24 hours, with electricity extra and charged per kWh. You can pay at the café, except it closes at 4 p.m., and electricity requires a key and adapter. So if you pay for 24 hours with EasyPark, do not take electricity, as you will not get the key if the café is closed.
The motorhome site currently costs 240 SEK and can be paid through the Swish app. However, this requires a Swedish bank account. Alternatively, you can pay at the coffee roastery.
Large pitches by the water. Electricity is available via an adapter billed through EasyPark. The monastery park is beautiful. Of three toilets, only one was open, and it is also for the public. There is one shower key for everyone, which users must pass among themselves or obtain during café opening hours. It was not really clean either.
What an exceptional facility. The pitches are wide, and through an adapter loaned to you by the cafe, you can hook into EHU via the EV unit. It is paid for via EasyPark App, and you pay 4.45SEK per kWh usage. We used just over 6kWh over our 20-hour stay and paid €2.81. What a fabulous setup. 140SEK entrance for a self-guided tour of the Castle and 190 for a Guided Tour.
Flat, asphalted parking area with eight generously sized motorhome spaces, all overlooking the reed belt and water. Wonderfully quiet; we even saw a deer. Four toilets and a shower just behind the café. Everything very clean. Electricity via EasyPark using a special adapter, but we were self-sufficient.
200SEK/night. Pay in Coffee-shop. WC and Shower included BUT shop close at 4pm. electricity avalible from app but not included in 200SEK.You need a special 230v adapter avalible in Coffee shop. Dispite high tech knowledge, we never got it to work.
Very beautiful view over the reeds and lake. The castle is tastefully illuminated at night. We were completely alone in spring for one night.
