Clear, slightly sloping, but that's what leveling blocks are for, right? No smell of rubbish, but a superb view.
The worst spot ever. Uneven ground so it’s IMPOSSIBLE to park the van straight. Stinks like trash. A LOT. And you cannot even use the trash cans because they are LOCKED. Horrible.
Beautiful view, sufficient distance not to get dusty, bins on site, peace and quiet :)
