This is a large parking area near Itanos, close to two beaches and an archaeological site, with several level spaces and garbage bins. It is generally calm at night but can be windy, while beach visitors bring some daytime activity. The area is suitable for a self-sufficient one-night stop, and a marked trekking path leads from Itanos to Maridati.

Very relaxed parking area with garbage bins. Several level parking spaces. On Park4Night I would describe the spot as a parking area rather than a place in nature, and that is how I rated it. Nevertheless, I liked staying here because it is so uncomplicated, and locals use the roadside parking spaces. In January 2026 the place was still quite busy, and there were no bins.
Unfortunately, you can no longer drive so close to the sea. It is more of a parking area, and it was very windy.

Large space near the beach. Some comings and goings during the day, but nothing disturbing. We spent two nights there without any problems. Bins on site.
Beautiful place near the beach. There is a table with chairs on the beach where you can have a nice picnic. We ate our Easter breakfast there. Peace and quiet. Nearby are the ruins of a basilica, and a little farther away there is a nudist beach.
Plenty of space. Completely quiet at night. Easy access. Beach and necropolis visitors during the day. Waste container within sight. Stable internet.
